Pvr cinema update still not there in mumbai.. PVR Sion.. And Paulo travels booking not yet..really disappointed.. I request you please give proper update..Thank you.. Otherwise good.. But need to improvement.

I am using the app since I purchased my first smartphone. I have never faced any problem with the app. But you are not bringing any new features to the app . Please add postpaid bill payment and prepaid wallet option in the app. Please add search flight option in flight booking and let the user choose the flight. Reduce the fees for train booking. The app is still very good but needs some additional features.Thanks.

Hai I think u guys need to improve lot. I used ngpay before android app came in java phone. Now world going too smart. but till ngpay in the same what in 2009.

This app only for recharge mobile now. IRCTC reservation having problems.amount of reservation deducts from account without booking tickets. And returns within seven to 10 business days. I have done 3 times and deducted amount. So I am installing this app. Ngpay team is not taking any action.

Still there is lot to update.in Hyderabad there are 4 pvr's.but,still it is showing only one.And cinepolis is having two.kindly add inox and Prasad also.

This app was one of the first of this kind but now it looks very old fashioned.. improve if I can..

I used this app two year ago, at that time i use to make payments through net banking. Now i again installed this app but there is no option for net banking payment. There is only credit card and debit card payment option only. Net banking option is very user friendly, you removed it. Why.

Date does not show the days e.g. Monday, Tuesday etc while booking train tkt. Please fix it .

Dear ngpay ,pls Add new features-1) Add the digital wallet where we can add our money to faster recharge .2) pls add mobikwik wallet and paytm wallet for all transaction like as rail booking and all. 3) pls add rupay card for all transaction. 4) Remove the charges Rs 10 for rail booking.

At first time I hv update tis app n had used fr once..but my 100 deducted frm my A/C I dnt knw wt's d reason..I did recharge fr 20 it hd deducted frm my A/C 100..I din gt my recharge also...cn u plz refund my amount

After more than 4 or 5 year I again back this application to check new changes but still it not having many options. In the starting years of this app I was fond of it. But right now not.

This app seems to be gud but why there is no option for the payment through net banking. I always use net banking for online payment but i am not able to use this app due to non availability of payment through net banking. So plss include this option also.

Using from last 7 years..just love it. Revision in rating i believe company has stopped supporting software leaving use after 7 years now ridiculous service

Now a days when I book tkt, it requires irctc login but the login page does not appear even after payment. I want to ask ngpay why we bare the extra amount on each tkt if the booking is failed and payment is done.ngpay should refund the full amount along with the taxes.

Its IRCTC ticket booking is good. Ngpay must add netbanking as an option for payment.

Good app. But cinema facilities is not available in Allahabad cinema.and railways in seat available,live train status, b/w train in station, time table, seats available etc. Need to improving this app.

Transactions like TataSky DTH recharge and main other recharge are not happening. The money gets deducted from account. Worst service. Last update was in Sept 2015. Customer service is worst. They argue and put the blame on us. Don't download. NgPay was better one year ago. Now complete failure. Would suggest to avoid.

Ngpay did not returned me IRCTC railway ticket failed transactions amount Rs 2523 many times I Requested but Ngpay People did not refund my amount.Hopeless.Feeling Cheated by Ngpay
