honest and great service!

App crashed several times, really slow and does not exactly do what is promised on the site. I heard about this from a friend and wanted to check out the platform for the services I need in the coming months, but I don't think this app will make my life any easier and will continue using my conventional methods. There are, however, a lot of improvements that can be made

I've used Jiffy a couple of times. The customer service and billing platform is garbage and it's become clear to me their focus is making sure the workers get paid as opposed to making sure customers are happy with the work and experience. Also, from my experiences with the workers, I get the impression they train the workers to pull at your heart strings regarding having mouths to feed, having been done wrong by past customers, and promising the world. The problem is, in my experience with this app, they do not live up to the promises they make then come up with every excuse in the book to justify falling short of the bar they set for themselves. Their workers are just looking to make a quick buck not build their reputation.

I get a "base Invalid token" every time I try to submit my address in the profile

Waste of time don't download this app it's not what it shows nd doesn't work half the time

Great app and customer service. As expected not top professionals but gets the job done.

Fantastic app. Use it all the time for all sorts of things around the house.

Garbage service garbage company. Don't waste your time, just call a local handyman. Spoke with Jenny ans Steve they're both rude and incompetent. They actually have no clue about the services that their company is trying to do.

I've tried to contact these people via the in app service and never received any response to my inquiry. It shows it was seen but they lacked the care or time to respond. For this reason the company is garbage.

Love the app... Except that I can't select a date in the calendar and is therefore useless... What gives!?

Used it this weekend when I needed an appliance repair person, came same day and on time. The pricing could be more transparent but other than that it was great!

What they say this app does and what it actually does are 2 different things. Not worth the download. Removed it after I had a bad experience.
