Jiff Challenges for Android
Sync issues and customer service doesn't respond.
I like the oic.and the stories behind the places
Doesn't sync properly, opens randomly to tell me it hasn't received data. When I open manually it miraculously syncs.
I think it did quite well. As with all program mm at use some fine tuning.
This app worked mostly fine for me. Saw way too many people unable to sync steps for the challenge I was in. For me, it was very slow to sync and logs out on its own frequently. Not bad for the occasional challenge, but glad I don't use it for daily tracking or other activities.
Fit for the feast was a work wellness challenge. Enjoyed being on a team. Got me moving daily and created a great team spirit. App is slow, please speed it up.
The app is very slow to load results and to switch between interfaces. I have to sign out and sign back in for it to accurately record my steps for fitbit.
had problems with google fit not syncing had to find another way to track. why doesnt this work with s health?
Loads very slow, slow to update, design is cheap. Colors and fonts make it difficult to read, especially white on yellow in micro print. Seems buggy. Sometimes when opening just freezes.
Lots of little things that are wrong with this app. It's painfully slow and crashes often to name a couple.
Challenges are stupid. 1 person teams competing against 2,000 person teams on average steps. No tiering.
Very slow to navigate through the app and very slow to sync with your fitbit, etc.
Good challenge but the teams a little lopsided.
Slow to load and change pages. Hate being forced to be on a team.
It was ok I would had like it better if it worked off the SHealth instead of me buying or uploading another app
Didn't stay connected to my fitbit
I have S fit it updates real time this doesn't and then when it does it is missing 500 to 1000 steps a day
Take several time to sync, before you see your steps...
Wouldn't pick up manual additions from Google Fit
The app tracked my steps well.
No oversight of cheating
Wish it was easier to see you individual ranking. Otherwise it's a nice app.
I like it.
Gets people going and involved
Great app feeling healthier...
Not bad
Challenge
Never recorded steps appropriately, no response from support team at all.
To begin with the averages for team competition is totally messed up. By that i mean if one person in a team of 5 takes 10000 steps a day the average is 10000? How?? Then it takes way too long to update the app with your steps daily. I like fitbit app way way better! If it wasnt for stupid CVS forcing us to use this app i would never use it
Only allows a few trackers none of which i currently use and when picking one on the list not a one had good reviews so i picked the best offered and it's still shorting me thousands of steps a day
Did a challenge for work and my steps were lost customer service was poor in helping me.
Worst sync with Google Fit
it doesn't sync well with google fit. It updates all data once in a day (PST time zone), and is not very friendly.
For something as simple as taking information from another app they manage to screw it up. Consistently several thousand steps under Fitbit and Google fit. Support just links to an article on other tracking apps. Piece of garbage software that is too expensive even bring free. A whiteboard in the office would be more user friendly than this streaming dumpster fire.
Takes ages to load.. Doesn't sync with Google Fit.. worst!
Every time I went to check if it recorded my steps from Google fit or move , it just freeze. I have to uninstall it, then install, then open. No other way around ! I figured this way out by failed all the other wsys include asking the service support!
Clunky ui, slow as hell, doesn't sync with google fit. What's the point?
Very buggy and never updates info accurately
The app presented its own challenge in trying to reset a password. Was not thrilled the first time I used it, and so far on my second challenge it is not working at all.
