When I take a picture and put it in place and press the tick, a 3rd of my face is gone, I like all of the things on it, it's just that this needs to be fixed cus, I CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH MY FACE, TO CHANGE ANYTHING, TO WATCH ANYTHING WITH A 3RD OF MY FACE CHOPPED OFF!!!!!!!

It's fun at first, but it gets really boring I just got it because a friend was using it and it looked cool but it's not.

The picture cut half my face out and I have a white stupid dumb idiot corner piece as part of my face I hate it I hate it I hate it I hate it.... I just ate a live goldfish and didn't puke him out... I want him to come out my butt not swimming because of this app!!

Only a fraction of the cards on the website are available on this phone app. The website, however, will let you post to Facebook but won't let you save the card unless you pay another $1.99. This sounds and feels like a ripoff. Also, there are too many tasteless off-color cards that are juvenile at best and obscene at worst.

What happened? I already download it when im signing in its said its have a problem . fix it please !,_

I thought wow it has so many styles but then again, where are the videos? Only GIFS and stickers and no music! Bores me.

In the app version. There is no volume or motion to the videos, I was told by support that I need to use the main website for a fully functional video with volume, the app only sends a static gif image..

Most animations don't even work. What were you guys thinking? Delivery is more important than functionality? Update. Do something.

Could be a fun little app...if it worked on my phone, ive seen it used before successfully, but for some reason all i get is a small piece of picture in the lower right corner, the rest is blank

Cool app, but it constantly crashed whenever I tried to take a new selfie. When I tried to edit my original selfie, the app would crash and then restart resulting with an exact duplicate of my original selfie...with no way of deleting the copies. I'm sure once the bugs are fixed, this would be a 5 star-er.

This application cuts part of my face out of the picture so there's not really any point in using it for me.

App does not work on phone like desktop. Lost all items created. Was a waste of my time and money. How do I get a refund?

Having used the desktop full version of jibjab before which is very nice, i found this app surprisingly very disappointing. The number and quality of videos and animations are very limited and poor. Had to uninstall. Not recommended.

My best friend and I love this. Its sooooo funny. We have been doing jib jab videos for the past 7 years or so. Tons of fun and laughter. Thank jib jab.

No sound or videos and it keeps 'bombing' (discardi g what is in process back to selecting afresh)...disapointing

So my sister had this app on her iPhone and I thought it looked fun so I downloaded it to my Galaxy S5. After downloading I couldn't get the app to open completely so I uninstalled it and downloaded it two more times never able to get it to load completely. Why create an app that doesn't work properly on everyone's device. Very disappointed...uninstalled!

Head detaches, lags, gifs. Long videos and moving mouths on Web version/PC

Whenever I try to build a face from an image instead of my phone's camera I just get a message to the effect of "sorry, can't load image. Try again". Why can't the picture be loaded? Was the picture to big? And if so what is the max size. Nexus phones are reference devices for the Android platform, and these people can't make an app that works well on a 6P? Do they even test their stuff before they post? Judging by the review curve and the other negative comments, it doesn't look like they do.

I just switched from and Iphone 6 plus to a Note 5 and the app doesn't want to save my jibjab and it lags so bad. Apple users have fun with it! Android users sorry!

Cant share anything I make. Need fixing bad!

I've used it like 10 times already but now I have to make another account but it says to change my password AND my e-mail address!

Its always crashing when app "making magic".. Please, fix it! I can't use it for messenger..
