So I have bought a diagnostic device that has no software to read results. Thanks for ripping me off Konnweilink

Guys we are all facing the same problem. But so far did anyone found a better app that works perfectly with the device ? Kindly share with us here.

The first time I tried to install the app did not work I kept trying several times, I had no luck. I wish you better luck with this piece of .....

Also the OBD2 device is crap won't talk with Mitsubishi 2004 car, only get power light. Other apps with there device say unknown error with device. Keep away from there products. Extremely Disappointed. .

Could not even test the app because it crashes right on startup.

Just got it in the mail this crap, don't even open I hope the developers are reading this because people buy this stuff expecting for these apps to work I guess they only work if you end up paying for them that's a rip-off to

doesnt list my car (wrx), couldnt add it or search for it. tried everything but kept telling me it couldnt get any info.

The doesn't work on my Samsung note 5 please fix it. Thanks. It work after software update but my car model is not in the list.

Buy the device. I got it after 2 months of waiting and now crap app doesn't start. What kind of bullshit is this?

Unable to connect with Bluetooth. On screen it shows CONNECTED PAIRING DATA. But when I start diagnose, it gives an error (device is not connected, please try again later)

It says connected but is stuck on preparing data. Waste of time and money

What a bullshit software im waiting for along long days for this device..but i cant download the software..ur waisting my money and time..

This application don't have Indian Cars... Not Even Honda City ZXI... I have waisted my money for this Stupid Device...

Don't buy one of these readers. Absolute crap. Software doesn't start. Pile of junk.

On note 4. Same as other reviews. Doesn't work

Very few cars listed. App is huge security problem as wants access to all of phone including contacts, camera, microphone, etc. No reason for that type of access. To call this junk is an insult to junk.

I have Dodge Grand Caravan, Kia Rondo, Ford Escape and Saturn Astra. It doesn't work because no one of my vehicles are on the list. Pure Garbage.

Just downloaded and it says it's stopped making new obd reader useless

Don't bother as the app Won't Open on my Note 4 or Note 3! Cheap for a reason, dissapointing!!

Crashes when opening. Now I have a useless odb that seems to need this app before I can try other app with it.

Crash at the start all the time, so not able to use at all.

Does not have access to American vehicles. Cannot even find a Ford Ranger pickup truck. Horrible waste of time & money

It has no version that can scan for popular car models like the Toyota Camry and Corolla.

Garbage ...only has six or seven of each car in the data base . Waste of money for obd2 tool

I can't even decide if i hate this app because it doesn't even have my car on the list, this was a gift, but now it's useless since i can't even use it on my mazda RX-8

Crap. Bought the device but this app doesn't list my car. What's the point. Rubbish.

Bought the OBD 2 off Amazon. It works fine. However software does not work with my Note 4. Downloaded Torque Lite.. it connected right away. 2006 Chrysler 300 error code was a miss fire. Was able to clear the code from my car.

I just wanted to buy an adapter to use with torque app. Bought this and it's forcing me to download this konnwelink app to get my password. Konnwelink won't even open Samsung note 3. Now I'm stuck with adapter and no way to get password. Give me a refund + $35 bucks for wasting my time.

Poor English throughout, the app looks okay but is essentially useless. It won't connect to my car, no matter what I try, and thus is absolutely useless. I downloaded another app which works fine with the konnwei obd2 plug, so it's clearly just a useless app.

App interface doesn't work. Doesn't even list my vehicle, an 02 Honda Civic 1.7l EX model, as if that's not one of Honda's more popular models, and when it connects it just says "connected, preparing data" for almost an hour! Really?!?! Then it crashes. I'd like a refund but the effort I'd put into a refund would cost me more time and money than to just take it and shoot it with my gun!

An odb2 device I purchased insists I use this software (the device can connect to generic software but I get no readings). I installed it but it crashes instantly on launch! Rebooting doesn't help although that highlighted it was trying to start when the phone did, can help wonder if it is not spyware software. Most worryingly it wants permission to just about everything on your phone! No good reason for that. I'm am note uninstalling...

This App is garbage. Compatible with ONE of my devices. I registered, then it says verify, so I get an e-mail with a verify code...ok. So i go into the app and put the code into the box (which btw has a 60 timer on it so if email is slow you have to do again), and upon putting in the code the Submit button stays grayed out. So I'm not even able to use it. Totally useless non-working app.

Yes the app is terrible... But the device it self is actually wonderful. I downloaded torque pro and I couldn't be happier with my purchase of the device. Being honest I never even downloaded this app lol
