The phone won't even connect to my V6

Connects to my s7 edge with few problems. Music player works great and love controlling the lights. Love seeing how my speed and distance are adding up on the tracker. Needs an update to fix social media posting and ride saves, it doesn't work more than half the time

This is for all of the people that are having the same problem I had, where it asked for a password, but nothing was ever set up and nothing was given. It actually does tell you the password at one point, but the app is terribly formatted and cuts off the text. I had to go into my tablet just for a larger screen that didnt get cut off to see that the default password is 000000. Once you enter that in you should have full access, and that point you can change it as well.

Partially works with Samsung Galaxy S7 Active. App doesn't control lights everytime just some of the time. As of 10/14/2016. Keep you posted. Still no update to light issue and Bluetooth syncing is spotty if app is launched before turning the board on. 10/29/2016

There must be a bug somewhere in this app. It's not reading the mph or battery level or tracking where I go. On login screen I enter my email and correct password but cannot hit enter. On samsung s7 edge. This app used to work on my phone, now it's not. Would be nice. To see my statistics.

When launching the app on Pixel XL it says connected only to disconnect a few seconds later. If it doesn't disconnect and you try to change the colors you are unable too. It makes the sound confirming the changes but the lights do not change.

App won't even let me get past registration. When I tap the "login" button it either force close or doesn't do anything at all.

This app is to cofuthing and dosent work with s6

It doesnt let me connect to my board becuase it needs a password and when i put it...it doesnt work. I cant change colors or do anything.

When I turn on the Bluetooth for my phone it says Bluetooth paired but when I go in the app and try to connect it won't scan the board therefore I cannot change the color of the lights

Jetson was given as gift app was installed on their phone by person gifting. I contacted customer support with concerns of using the app to stalk through location. No response and need one!!

The app doesn't find the Hoverboard right away it took about 10 minutes to find it. but when it does it's very useful app the rgb is kinda iffy tho

It is an awful app that won't let me change my profile picture!

Disappointing. My 8 year old got a hoverboard for Christmas and we cannot use app as advertised

It is kinda clunky and hard to start up....And the link Forgot Password is misspelled...It says forgot passowrd

Do not buy these they brake..I got it 3 days ago and it has been a week no response from customer service too

The lights won't change at all but everything else is perfect

I love how you can change the color lighting and listen to any music or video just off Bluetooth it's brilliant.

This apps helps me with my hover board and I love my hover board

When I went to connect it won't do anything after I got out of the app, it wouldn't get past the login and when I did the 1st time it didn't work!!! Maybe bc I have a galaxy ? Or bc it's a v6??

Plz fix it some times it won't connect to my hovorbord border its like when I click it it doesn't respon

Helps me lower the speed and I can change the colors ! I GOT A RED ONE

I love it. It is simple to use. I use it with a white hoverboard. Great app
