total rip off paid 15000 usd never found 1 flight in 3 months and they advertised 50 flights a year from my local airport last year....concierge service mark up their prices and are useless.

Extorting joutnslists for good reviews. Scummy owners and scummy company.

Great concept but Buyer Be Ware. Always hidden fees on shuttles and don't honor the price match. Just got message next manager can't reply to me until tomorrow. When you pay 40k I would expect something slightly better. Good luck but be very suspicious

App is easy to use and makes flying private with strangers easy. One flaw on the droid app is that you can only see the daily deals or additional shuttles pop up if there are no other notifications on your phone, otherwise if you lock you phone or have something else you can only see the departure airport start of the notification

This app is getting better all the time. It does have one fatal flaw. You cannot turn off the audible "Ding" notification no matter what you do. Even if the phone is on mute you still hear the ding sound. Even if you go into Apps and disable push notifications you still hear the audible ding from the incoming message. This has caused many problems for me in meetings where your phone needs to be muted. It is unprofessional and embarrassing! Please fix the audible ding overriding the system settings.

Worst deal ever

The App is great no bugs & simple interface for customer use! The only thing I hope to see soon is some more service on the West Coast. Specifically, I live in Santa Barbara -- It would be really nice to have regular planned shuttles out of this airport in the near future going up to San Francisco and Seattle on a jet!

Very slick, easy to use interface. Great credit card feature! Airport search results were oddly named. Pricing of membership may be steep for some. Trying for labor day promo in USA. Cannot silence sound alerts, even on silent mode for phone.

I like the FAQ section it's in lamen terms. I wish my income supported being a member. I have been following them on instagram for quite awhile and slowly watched it progress in certain circles not just "celebrity " ones but every day people. I like the immediate email upon registration also

This app is easy to use and introduces to the life that the wealthy live and a fraction of the cost. I'm so excited to discover this app.

JetSmarter has provided me access to thousands of free private jet flights a month. Not to mention now that I am a member, I get invited to all of their exclusive events. I can go to NY, LA, Vegas, Chicago, and many more destinations free of charge. Anyone that has written a bad review clearly does not have the money to afford the service as they have never experienced JetSmarter because they and their concierge are top notch and on point 24-7! Thank you JetSmarter.

Good job releasing improved app. However the release brought a new problem, can't silent the notifications even when phone in silent mode and adjust notification setting! Very disruptive during meetings, dinner, movie etc. Resorted to turning off the phone. Also notifications are not reliable... sometimes get them other times not. Please fix!

Went on JetSmarter and caught a great flight with friends and made a new friend as well on the plane. Great service and easy to use. Felt like a social club as passengers were networking with each other even before the flight was boarded.

before all the media hype. now they've increased their membership price substantially and you can only book flights if youre a member. i suggest going with blade. their app is sleeker and if you call you can get any flight you need with out shelling out 15 grand.

Just had a friend recommend this and was about to pay the $15000 to sign up so thought I would give the app a try as you can only use an app and not a website. The android app is so buggy that it just freezes when it wants to and a lot of other people are saying the same. They have just lost a potential repeat customer (me) for such a silly mistake. With such a high cost high end service this would be vital to obtaining new business.

I downloaded this app in hopes of making my life, like Kim K said, so much easier. Instead, I've experienced quite the opposite. My condo is seconds from a hospital and JetSmarter won't even agree to use the life-flight helipad as a pick-up location. I have to physically get in my vehicle and have my driver actually drive to the airport? Amongst commoners? ALSO - THIS APP CRASHES! Hopefully the charters don't crash and easily and often as this app. Am I Right????

What I mean is that you can't book round trip flights, even if there are availabilities. Jet Smarter basically allows you to book your one way 2 weeks in advance, but you can ONLY book your return flight once you take off. So there's a very high chance that you do end up taking a regular commercial flight you have to buy last minute for much more expensive even though you bought a membership from "jet smarter." They almost had my business, except for this gigantic mistake in which you can't book roundtrip.

They should make the Android app as good as the iPhone one

On my Android phone, all I ever see is a black screen with the company logo. The app will not run.
