Jet's Pizza

I understand not wanting to save credit card info but it doesn't save my address or even my name. The old checkout process auto populated my info and stored my cc number so ordering was fast. Sure storing the cc number might not be the safest but now I can't even add the tip until the driver comes. It's a big downgrade from the previous online ordering. But I gave it three stars because ultimately it lets you order pizza.

I read some of the reviews,and I don't normally do reviews but this needs to get better. If someone selects online should still have option to select restaurant or be able to go back to previous step. I called my local to call it in and the employee stated first set heard of an app. Please educate employees that an app is available. I do a lot through my phone.

Too many buttons to push. Why can't it remember my address & credit card info? Is that not the whole idea behind on line ordering? To ease the process? If I wanted to go through all that every time I ordered, I'd simply phone it in. Other than that, the pizza is phenomenal and the delivery time is usually adequate.

This app in its current state would get a negative rating if such were possible. To say it is difficult to use would be an understatement. It's just plain unusable, as it crashes each time I've opened it. Still, I love your pizza - SO FIX THIS APP ! ! !

Horrible app. Ordered, couldn't put tip anywhere, got an order confirmation email and then AN ENTIRE HOUR LATER I get a call from the store saying they don't deliver to me, even though their app, website and grub hub all say they do. The woman on the phone even had the gall to tell me another location "probably" delivers to me. Probably? Probably?!?! Can't believe this.

I've been using this app for a while now. I don't order pizza all that often but when i do, on my zte zmax its been perfect! Super easy and haven't had any issues with accuracy from my favorite Jet's pizza. I recommend it!

Easy app! Don't understand complaints must be carrier issues. I never have probs. We use deliv and I am famous with my fam for ordering in the check out at store and picking up on my way home.

Ad much as I LOVE Jets, getting the app was a no-Brainer. The first couple times downloaded it, there were issues at my neighborhood location. After moving to a new location, it has been flawless! The wait to pickup/recieve the order is thee hardest part!

App was lagging. For some reason, it looked like I was logged out and asked for my pw. I tried putting it in and it said it was the incorrect pw. Yet didnt ask if I wanted to create a new one. But then I was logged in..was confused.

For the most part this app functions. It's a little weird about specifics but I haven't had trouble ordering pizza in my area. It's about as screwy as the website is. My advice if you have trouble with the app is to just call the store.

Jers pizza app tells me delivery not avaliable in my area. Which is not true. I CAN order online thru jets website and I get delivery NO PROBLEM. App is worthless, and a waste of my time. I would give zero stars if I could, but it made me give at least one. Bogus!!!

App and website for some reason can not find a location near me. Try to log in says invalid email so I try to create a new account says email already in use. Great at making pizza but not even close with technology.

Have to give my Address every single time. Won't maintain any information. Pain in the xxx to enter everything each abs every time. Don't see why they even went to the marginal effort to create an app.

As an avid lover of Jet's, I had to get the app, obviously. However, it was a little awkward to navigate at first; I couldn't find where to add a tip, and since I don't always have cash on me, it's a little stressful since I like to tip the drivers well. A tutorial might be useful for those using the app for the first time. Otherwise it works great for me!

It took me 20 minutes to order a single pizza because the app kept restarting the ordering from the beginning and didn't save the address or anything. Make sure if you're doing delivery you click delivery before you do anything or else it'll force you to restart.

The issues I have come directly from the ordering system. It will not cut off when online ordering is no longer available. It will not tell you the order isn't going through until you pay and the email is sent. The system will add notes from previous orders. Also, when comparing previous orders it changed the amount you have paid as well as the delivery charge. I order from my location quite often, the only time it is incorrect is when I place tnt order online.

Worst app ever devised. Bombed out multiple times and I had to re-enter info multiple times. It became a quest to make this work and I did eventually get it to take my order. I was starving by that time and should have just picked up the phone.

Tried using it several times in the past 6 months or so, never works. Always have to use website, which also kinda sucks as it has no tipping option.

It gets the job done after three or four attempts. I'll put it in my address and try to set up the payment and it will shut down. When I opened it back up it says delivery not available in that area, even though I've had delivery here several times before.

I fell like you could change the look and layout to make a bit better. And the whole circle thing for choseing what you want i dont like it. Like for instance you get a party tray it comes in 2 separate boxs like how could we know what is on what pizza with a circle if you choose left or right circle. Thats really terrible explanation but i cant describe it really well i just hate the circle

Don't understand why there is a delivery fee when the driver tells me they receive none of that money... Why not just say the pizza is $3 more rather than hiding that cost in a "delivery fee"? Seems like bad business

There are questions asked that didn't make a lot of sense to me so it took longer to order. I love the pizza here but it is confusing on a few levels.

Really slow, sometimes messes up the order and I have to deal with it, because it generates the receipt incorrectly. Sometimes, its way easier just to call. The pizza is amazing though. This app? Not so much.

App is great. However I'm not able to add gratuities during the check out process. You are missing a spot to add a tip. Also making it easier to enter information into each slot would be great.

Can't reorder from previous order and I always order the same thing. I have to enter the same info over and over. The app never works the same way twice, it's schizophrenic. I signed up for coupons and never get any. It's easier to call the store and place my order!

Had to use my work email to register and could not verify my Gmail accounts? Glitchy. Can't remember info? But the pizza as always delicious

I am across the street from a Jets Pizza location in Littleton CO and regardless of whether I type in my zip code or city and state, the app can not find a Jets Pizza in my area? I can see the store! Uninstalled...... Don't waste your time with this app like I did.

This app stalled several times before I could even open it after installation. When it did, it told me Jet's did not deliver to my address although I've previously ordered delivery several times. This is one of the worst experiences online ordering I've had with a restaurant ever.

After completing my order and submitting payment, I received 2 messages: that I was out of the delivery area (which I'm not) and that the POS connection was not made and to resubmit the order again. So, I did. The same thing happened. Next, I got a call from Jets asking me if I made two separate orders, one for delivery and one for pickup. Needless to say, I had been charged twice. The employee at the store was very helpful and deleted one of the orders. I guess I won't be using the app again, though.

Not the easiest app to use. The majority of my issues are when trying to enter in delivery address and payment information. The actual pizza ordering function is good and easy to use, which is why rhe 3 stars. Otherwise, entering delivery and payment info requires anlot of patience. Good thing the pizza is delicious, otherwise would be enough to discourage me from ordering from here.

Everything from menu items listed, easy to follow options, pricing details and checkouts are fast and easy to use. Having trouble with the sign in. Says my email address was invalid, but if I signed in with Facebook, or another account it accepted my email.

Jets is amazing. I wish their app was half as good. Slow across multiple networks and devices, weird fonts, and design from the 90s.

I had to start over several times before I successfully was able to complete my order. First it thought I was in some totally different zip code. Then it emptied my cart as soon as I fixed the zip code. Then I changed my order from pickup to delivery, and it emptied my cart again and I had to start over. After 15 minutes of annoyance, I should have just called.

Your app stinks. It has me set at a certain location and won't allow me to change it. When I type my delivery address in it insists it cannot deliver to my location and asks for my carry out location. I can't pick it up myself because I'm at work. I'm going to delete your app since I have to call anyway.

Worst pizza app I have used. Made me type in billing address. Most give you option to select same as physical address. Had to change phone number and had to retype in credit csrd number and billing address again. Needs work.

What a load of crappeware! Coding was done by drooling idiots. Sluggish and almost bad enough to make you order ftom Papa John's or Hungry Howies. Asks for your address repeatedly. Good thing they make good pizza! The app sux!

I don't get what all the complaints are about! App was super easy! I don't think it's the app. It's gotta be the user or user's garbage device. Mine worked great!

App is a joke, it needs to know when I'm putting in an email address to not capitalize the first letter and not put spaces between every word and at the end. Also when I'm putting in numbers only bring up the number keyboard only. Any nine year old with a smart phone could do a better job designing an app.

App was straightforward, easy to use, nice that there was access to a few price breaks if you ordered the deals and when it arrived (super fast btw) I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE PIZZA!!!! Fantastic, delicious, adequate toppings, perfect crust......truthfully it's the best pizza I have ever had from a pizza place!! When my family visits from Florida the first thing they want to do is order some Jet's and have a night in shooting the s*** & eating good food, great way to catch up!!

Errors out just like the website. You get stuck and it directs you back to main page or "where you were" only to see the same error page you were just on. Also, why have the gratuity button at the end of the payment screen and make it so the page has to refresh, losing all the payment info you just entered, to add a tip? Poorly designed and executed
