About JetLag
This app provides guidance on sleep and light-seeking behaviours to deal with jet lag. Enter your departure and destination airports and take-off/landing times. You will then be given a clock that tells you when to seek light, avoid light, or try to sleep. This app is an unsupported beta release for demonstration purposes only and is not intended for public use. Please be aware that some functionality may not work as expected.
