JetBlue

In the tecnological times we live in, this app is super convenient. The ability of checking in online by itself is great, but the ability of using your phone as a boarding pass tops it off. I don't remember the last time I actually printed out a physical boarding pass. The app itself is very straightforward, easy to navigate and with all the relevant information regarding your flight.

For over a year now this app and their mobile site do the same thing example: Select a roundtrip flight for 2 people at $40 For each leg. Total should be $160 yet for some reason it comes to the price total of $700+ idk if it's just for flights between long beach or LAS Vegas or if everyone has this issue. All I know is they better get their act together because now I can fly the same places with southwest and their app always works.

Checking in was easy enough however the options to scan card and passport were not working. Putting the expiration date in for the passport was particularly annoying. I had to go through each month in each year to get to 2023, not once, but twice since I was checking two people in.

It has a few minor bugs with refresh from time to time. I have had cases where my seat number was not available on the screen and it wasn't clear why. Overall a very useful and functional app. A big part of why I continue to fly Jet Blue

This app RARELY works. I can never check in for my international flights. I've flown JetBlue three times in three months and have experienced the same problem. It gives error messages for my travel documents on my return flights or doesn't allow me to choose the departure date. I'm really disappointed!

Existing trip information keeps disappearing from my profile with application and/or Android updates. Also, I can't swap one way trip searches in the app currently since the existing selections will not release without completely​ starting over if I wish to compare a one way flight in an exactly opposite direction.

Something within the app is already short circuiting when I tap on the "choose departure city" and the app shuts down. Useless. Southwest has the best airline app. Fly Southwest.

main gripe: JetBlue confirm code not prominently displayed on boarding pass nor on upcoming flights. other silliness: app sends me notifications when my plane is taking off or has landed; I believe I can tell even without the app's help... at least it no longer crashes constantly when trying to get the boarding pass.

Overall works good. Was a while where I could not use my boarding pass. Currently it has a problem with scanning credit cards. Other than that I'm happy with it

I have use a lot of these Airlines apps over the holiday season. This one is the easiest to use, most stable, and allows the user to do the most out of the ones I have seen. Makes travelling super easy. I've used the Delta, United, Air Canada, JetBlue, and American Airlines apps this holiday season for reference.

Displays old (previous) flight info on home screen. The new/upcoming flight information does not immediately show up. It takes several seconds to refresh itself.

I think this app is great easy use.... Sometimes has glitches though

This app should have access to JetBlue getaways when booking travel. Also the app sometimes freezes up and needs to be restarted. The scan passport function when checking in doesn't work. Please revamp this app.

It's good for most things. The rates however when I go to checkout ate not accurate I have to book on full website

App is great for checking in, seeing up coming trips. Updates on flight are slow, texts come in faster. The company is terrific and I use it as often as I can.

I can't get this app to function. Takes forever to come up. Book flights doesn't work. Always freezing up

Can never book a flight with this ap. It keeps giving me a process error!! It royally sucks..

Can't book flights when no baggage option selected. Gets stuck at no baggage confirmation screen.

Keep up the great prices Jet Blue and please start having non stop flights to the Dominican Republic from Atlanta GA. There's more of us here now and we want to take advantage of your great service!!!!

So far I don't like it. Seems to have trouble responding to commands, can't look up past flights, can't search for flights.

I have never seen an app that you cannot set the date fields independently. Why should I need to scroll thru several years month by month to set an expiry date. There should be pick list for each field.

This app used to work perfectly, now it doesn't let me check-in, doesnt let me view a boarding pass, nada. What happened?????

App downloaded quickly and notified me of difficulties even though I didn't see any.

Shuts down, connection issues unrelated to phone

No option to add to a passbook. Not from website, not from app. This is ridiculous.

Scanning features did not work for passport or debit card.

Some glitches scanning passport but other than that it's great app.

Fast Check-in! Access to BOARDING PASS made quick, easily accessible, fast to use. Allows me access to BOARDING PASS scanning code on cell phone. Yay!!!

Love the app. If possible, in a future update, allow passenger to stand by for same day flight changes.

Substantial improvement from previous versions. Still has some kinks to work on but definitely in the right direction.

For some reason the app can't track Trueblue points anymore

It's easy. It adds no stress to the expected travel mayhem. Love this app!

So far so good, online check in, upgrades, etc. I've never had a problem, and its easy to use...
