jetAudio HD Music Player Plus

For audiophiles, or anyone who cares at all for quality sound, this is the best app. It's getting better visually and functionally too. Worth the money. After jumping to update, this player is starting to suck. I can only use it for so long before it bogs down becoming slow and have to restart my phone or restart the app and wait an extended period of time. Please fix.

I've used this app for years and it has been faithful to me. However recently the music control gestures on my OnePlus 3 don't work for this app. They work with other music players but in case of jetAudio my phone vibrates signalling that the gesture has been recognized but nothing else happens. It doesn't seem to be a problem with my phone but with the app. Please help me solve it!

How about you guys start addressing issues with this player. I emailed you last week about the problem I have with player randomly losing link to media library and as of now still no reply. I've purchased this app so I would really really appreciate someone at least acknowledging my email at the very least. Used to be the best player in store IMO but it's progressively getting buggier and buggier.

Been using jetaudio on pc version since long long time ago. This android version rocks. Btw compare to samsung music player, samsung music base and treble sounds more natural without any tweaks and plugins. Just to purchase the plugins to sound natural turns me off. Anyway hope it can be fixed.

Ringtone stopped working in my Nexus 6P after last update. Incoming calls can't be heard, the phone only vibrates. I've reinstalled this app couple to times but problem remains. Uninstalling the app corrects the ringtone feature in my Nexus 6P and all incoming calls become audible. Kindly, fix this issue ASAP.

One of the best app for music lovers. This app had issues with tag editing and I can't save lyrics. Wrote a review about it and asked for a fix but they ignored it. With the latest version of the app it is working. They need to listen to the feedback of users too.

While the player is nice it has some unnecessary features and every time my system updates and dismounts my SD card I lose all music from my playlists on my SD card. I've had to rebuild playlists 4 times since August! Huge pain in the ass!!!

After a recent update the player doesn't work with Bluetooth headphones (MDR-1000X). Was working great however now I can't change songs or pause/play a track. Hope it gets resolved soon!

I've been through at least 30 music apps since smart phones blew up a decade or so ago. This one has by far been the most capable, hands down. The Equalizer is phenomenal and by far my favorite part. Highly realistic. All functions are easy to use, and you can personalize a lot more than would be expected. The basic version is free and I had that for nearly 2 years prior to upgrading to plus. Even most paid apps will fall short on competition with JetAudio's free "basic" one. Creators of this deserve big props. Not one bad thing to say (aside from occasionally having to force stop the app due to excessive memory usage- I can live with that once a week, though).

Well I had to change my stars from 5 to 3 because can no longer use this app [that I loved so much that I paid for the "Plus" version] on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A or Tab A 10.1 because it is not optimized for them. My Tab A started rebooting itself while I was using the pad. It kept doing until I unistalled it. Can anyone suggest a music player that allows you to add lyrics & change album art?

This app keeps kicking me out now. When i scroll down through my music once i reach J it kicks me out...please fix. Update it now wont allow me in..it keeps kicking me out..fix this

Was good. Suddenly the speed slowed down on all music. Don't know how to bring back the normal speed. Update: Wrote to JetAudio about the problem and got a prompt response and they clarified the problem. A very reliable dev team. Back to 5 stars again.

A brilliant app, the first thing I install on a new device. But lately, I've been having trouble editing the iD3 metadata tags for my MP3 files. It's fine once I copy them over to my phone, but once I edit the tags, the files become corrupt and do not play anymore. It may be me being impatient, but usually, editing a tag is instantaneous.

IT'S A LOVELY APP! BUT TOO BAD GOOGLE WON'T LET ME DOWNLOAD THE MUSIC I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR. I'D TELL EVERYONE EXACTLY HOW THE APP SOUNDS AND WHETHER IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY, BUT GOOGLE WON'T LET ME DOWNLOAD ANYTHING. SO I GUESS I'M STUCK WITH FOURTY DOLLARS OUT THE WINDOW. THANKS GOOGLE!

no issues. no bugs. solid. the best sound quality. the only player on android that can actually filter sound effects through bluetooth aptX hd headsets.

I just purchased an Android Auto head unit so had to change from my tried and true music player and settled on Jet Audio Pro. The two issues I have with it are when adding a track to a playlist, it doesn't check if the track is already in the playlist and adds it a second time. Really annoying when you have hundreds of tracks and want to create a playlist for a specific purpose while listening. Pease add this or a "remove duplicates" option. Secondly after being shut down for a while, it doesn't auto play on Bluetooth connect - yes I have my phone set to allow it to use as much battery power as it needs, but it still seems to shut down.

After Android 8 update on OnePlus 3t headphone controls stopped working. Can you guys please provide an update to this app to get it working again? 3 star for this for otherwise a 5 star app

Please fix the bug for folder browser. I am unable to browse through internal file folders. Otherwise the rating would have been 5 stars. Please fix it.

When i play music it stutters. None of the app does this, even the most heavy ones. I really regret buying this app

Decent enough interface, but "HRA Sound Engine" is very buggy on Galaxy S8+. Plays back up to CD quality FLAC just fine, but freezes (and sometimes reboots my phone) when trying to play back hi-res FLAC, if the HRA Sound Engine is enabled. The native Samsung music player is far better at playing hi-res content.

Perfect wigets, folder nav' (thank god), easy playlist creations and access, can set ringtone, deeply customizable (but you need to poke around even were the are no buttons). Very much worth the money.

Playlist keeps getting deleted every time I connect to my PC ☹️.. And this is annoying me. It takes so long to rebuild entire playlist Don't buy this app.. It's broken after the android oreo update. None of the features which interact with system settings work. I will update my review after they fix this app. Till then you can skip it. And that playlist getting deleted is annoying as hell..

You lost a star because ever since the last update the player has been stopping playback at random times on its own with no outside prompting. Hopefully this update fixes that and I'll replace the 5th star.. Nope. Didn't fix it. Still stops playback at random times making me take my eyes off the road to touch the play button again to restart playback. Never used to do that before the update before last, and the last update didn't fix it. I have gotten a lot of good use out of it for the money I'm just annoyed cause if it isn't fixed soon I'll have to shop around for another music player to replace it????

Only problem I have it doesn't allow expanded notification on lock screen. Apparently unless I purchased the plus version which I did.. So please help !!!

I love to tweak my music for exactly the sound I want from various devices, albums, etc. This app is a gem. The things it can do for the music if you buy all the DSP plugins are a lot of fun. I'm amazed there isn't more buzz about this player. I found it in a little post on the XDA forums. *** Suggestions: I miss having a sophisticated limiter available. Some of your more powerful DSP effects are pretty opaque - would be nice if they could have more transparency than just, "Well, does it sound good?" I realize there are often multiple ways to get to the same place, approximately, with different effect sets, but still. Please add multi-parameter presets since your DSP effects are almost always used together; I get tired of setting one album for one listening environment and then switching. And finally, a parametric equalizer is, at least for me, far easier to manage - it would be a great option. Out of those, my top two would be multi-presets and a dynamic range compressor.

Great sound. Network mode displays "2184" with no access to my server. All and I mean all apps access my server and RavPower wifi device flawlessly. Video, other audio apps, everything except the jetaudio. This would be nice if it works. Nexus 7 2013 has no SD slot. I want to use this with Ravpower wifi and hard drive while traveling. PLEASE offer solution or fix. This is the ONLY app I use for music (when will you add network access for iPhone? I have purchased every add on for both PLATFORMS. I am a faithful customer.

Twice my playlists have disappeared, can't stand this anymore, takes over an hour to redo them. So sorry I bought this.

There's a gradual slowing down performance issue with LG Q6 7.1.1. Wonder if its only affecting my device.

Nice music player but a bit cluttered. Menu items for non-installed plugins can not be hidden or removed. When exiting the app from the player it does nor close completely & remains running in the status bar.

Sound quality is very good. I love it. But after update to oreo my both Bluetooth and normal headset buttons are not working on my one plus 3t. Pls fix this.

App keeps randomly launching itself, even when using the exit option in the menu....Which was a horrible Dev choice

Lately it's freezing every couple of days on the note 8. If this were fixed it would certainly be a 5 star app

Consider it to be the best among other music player. Please connect to Spotify And add download lyric feature.

I have problem with finding music on folder mode and i should clear cash for show back my musics on folders .even after email my problem to jetaudio, nobody answer me .

It's great until it slows and lags then crashes. Please fix this! It's really annoying!

Apparently i have to pause my music before turning my stereo off if i want it to continue playing from where i left off. I suggest improving support for android head units as a car stereo is where this app really shines, not a cell phone.

Bug: After the last update, there is a channel imbalance which is not there when using other music player apps. Also checked this with crossfade and it was set to 0.

Well I bought this app however, lately it has crashed and is rather slow to open and browse through. It's starting to get annoying now.
