It should be simpler like Indigo,it's so juggling when we see so many information on small mobile screen. It should be logged in using registered contact details also and should be synced with the JP account while booking, CONVENIENCE FEES SHOULD BE SCRAPPD IMMEDIATELY SINCE IT IS MAKING COST DEARER COMPARED TO OTHER TRAVEL SITES

It's shocking to see India's largest and supposedly most premium airline running this kind of poor app interface in the times of digital. It's absolutely non friendly, with horrible UI... Seriously unimaginative. But guess it mirrors the high headedness of the airline which we suffer day in and day out. And I guarantee even 1 year down the line, this app will remain same. Pathetic stuff.

The app does not facilitate/or handhold submission of request for missing JP miles, cancellation/rescheduling your trips. When switched on it does not seek login id and password. While web checking, it should simply accept the origin, JP No. Because it is very difficult to remember PNR No. Some how pulling on with them. Just because Rest of them are worser, This app should not be complacent.

The most horrible app ever used. It throws error for everything. It doesn't allow login for JP account and when I proceeded as guest booking, it throws error for Payment confirmation. It's a pain to use this app.

When it comes to refund probably the worst experience ever. 21 days long due and still there is no status of refunds. No reply on emails and same answers on phone that the refund is processed so where is it credited???!!!

Tried to book a ticket of seven people from trv to blr for seven times but it asks to start again when we click make payment very pathetic and at last went to ticketing office and fare was high. Don't know y

One of the worst app I have ever used for any booking. Every time it jumps and again you have to fill all the details, no auto fill is there. Better to do booking by website.

Need too much work on user interface. 1. Every time u need to put all details already stored with them. It should be autofilled once you enters Jet Privilege Number with user selection from check-box & confirmation to save our time while booking tickets. 2. Not showing promocodes, offers and discounts on cards / wallets.3. App should always show latest updated fares only.

I am a regular passenger and once I was disappointed the way the crew members handling Indian sector especially the south India was not according to international standards but still I travel Jet Airways.

I love jet airways, so many times I go to kolkata with jat airways, its service too good, kindly start a direct flights between dubai to kolkata

worst app, cannot find seat in the flight you search :( so why should you show such flight having no seat?

Very unfriendly user interface. Not at all intuitive! Could not buy extra baggage allowance using this app. Needs a lot of serious rework to improve this app!

You should surely move to a native application rather than opening web pages throughout. The application offers a really poor user experience.
