This is a rating only for the app. Jet2 is a very good airline. I download the app and make a booking. I try once and the app crushed. Try a second time error on my debit card because i could't insert a dot. Then I try again and it works. I procide, it shows me details of the flight. But when I log in to my bank account money were missing. TWO BOOKINGS WERE MADE. HOW? This is outrageous. Edit: I called them, explained exactly what happened and had a full refund. As I said, the airline as a whole is fine. Maybe it's the app on Android Marshmallow. Maybe the ios app is working fine. For now this is still a 1/5. It will become a 3/5 if I can easily check-in online and use a mobile ticket.

I am very disappointed with this app. I travel quite a lot and I use apps from other airlines without finding issues on buying tickets or adding my booking to the app. It gives me error every time I try to buy or I try to add it. It says Rong name or rong email or rong reference. Just don't understand. It makes me angry because I lost my time on this. Please guys use the website. Don't fall on the same mistake as me.

Doesn't have online check in, which is one of the main uses for an app. Use Ryanair - easier check in and you get an extra carry on bag. The app also kept saying I was entering the wrong details for my booking - I changed from lower to higher caps and suddenly it accepted them. Really terrible.

Best features include previous searches saved and ability to view flights available on calender. Better than Easyjet and Ryanair apps. Just need to remove weight limit on hand baggage and Jet2= perfect!

The app is fairly basic and is fairly limited in what it allows you to do - for example you can't change a flight date on the app (or mobile site for that matter), you have to go to the full desktop site. Most annoying for us was that after we'd changed the date of our return flight we could no longer view our mobile boarding cards on the app. Incredibly frustrating!
