The App will function as a remote for the toys and it also gives you the opportunity to create your own vibration patterns. In this way you will be able to reach heights you've never imagined possible. With the VIVE eggs you will feel absolutely special!
If you have trouble connecting your VIVE device to your Android Mobile Phone, please check the following issues;
- Make sure you have the latest version of both the app and android.
- Please check that your Bluetooth is active and the toy is switched on.
- Make sure you give the app permission to use your location, you can do this by following these steps:
1. Go to settings on your android device
2. Go to application manager
3. Press on the VIVE app
4. Press on permissions
5. Activate location
- Please make sure the cache memory of your Mobile Device isn’t full. Clear your cache by following these steps:
1. Press on the bottom left of your phone to open the menu.
2. Press on the circle diagram.
3. The menu "active applications" will open. Here you press the "stop all" button at the bottom.

Thieves. False advertisement. I paid for a service that cannot be rendered. The sole reason these vibes get chosen over others is the wireless, "to your phone" control... Which this does not have, as it can't connect to ANY android or iPhone. I followed every instruction to the finest detail and I'm thoroughly dissapointed. Assholes.

This app doesn't work, it installs and asks you to connect your device to your phone, says it's found a device but the "Connect device" button doesn't work, VIVE get it working, you charge enough for this product, so spent some money on getting the app to work correctly and yes I have the NEA.

The instruction book that came with my product states that this app is supposed to work with my toy and it doesn't. At all. It won't connect. Pointless app. Especially considering what I paid. Not happy.

This app is bogus. You can't pair it to your device. There are no instructions to do so and the manufacturer just hangs up when you try to call

I installed the app. It asked for access to contacts, phone, email, camera. I said no to all and it would not connect to the ViVE AKI. I went back and allowed access to all requested applications, but it still never connected to the VIVE. The VIVE Aki never appears in a list of Bluetooth devices. That appears to be the core issue with this application.

Was told by the store could download the app....nope it doesn't work and you don't know own that until you get a magnifying glass to read the micro font on the manual that is sealed in the box or come here after 20 minutes of trying to pair the device to find it does not work on the zesiro. Nice after I spent 99$ for that added benefit. Also, just trying to pair it to my phone after I let it charge over night after 15 minutes the device was dead ... battery was drained ;( not happy
