App looks nice. Now works great on 2 accounts. I just need to change a setting on the oven for remote operation. Very cool!
I can't get it to work. The oven is on wifi, I can't find a we sticker anywhere on it, I am using the mac and said code, it accepts it and then asks me to name it. When I type in a name, it says "device not found" and I can't get passed it on any device. EDIT after Whirlpool response : Ha! I called the number before posting this. They are NO help. After 30 minutes on the phone just to get them set up an account for me for the next time I call is (which hopefully is never) they told me that there is a completely different department to call, and not only are they closed but they are only open during the hours I am at work, while I won't be anywhere near my stove. So then I asked for an email. NOPE! Why would you possibly have a support ticket email system like every other company in the world.
Absolute garbage! Not only is my connected oven garbage that has been repaired half a dozen times since buying it. This app is an absolute home. Good luck getting more than one user connected, and best of luck resetting a password.
This app would be great except there is no option to keep it enabled to control the oven. When it is enabled, any time the oven door is opened it disables control. Also, it will randomly disable itself even when the oven door is not opened. I love the oven, but the app needs work...
App is ok but needs a history of oven use to help diagnose problem or some reminders of lights left on for a set period of time when oven is off.
The works ok but seems to riddle with bugs. For example, every time I turn it on to see the oven status, it displays a bunch of 'null' on-screen. As a profesionnal, really, I can say that's really easy to fix software-wise. One major design flaw is the fact that you need to log in each single time whether or not you selected the 'Remember me'. First, that's really really annoying. Second, it serves absolutely no purpose to have/use a user account. Just detect the oven on the network and done; no internet required, nor profiles. Really, the software engineers who did this don't know their job, and/or some managerial prick decided it'd be good to spy on each single user when they use their oven...
Update. Oven light bug now fixed. Looks like new oven firmware was pushed out that solved issue. Thanks! Rating changed.
Good interface. Fast. Flawless connection. Excellent results using Culinary Center. Need more content in Culinary Center. Very limited. For example little info on lamb.

Works OK, however there is a bug using the oven light feature. The app will turn on the light remotely but usually doesn't show that the light is turned on. And the app will not turn off the oven light remotely. As you can see below, Jenn-air has asked me to call their generic service line. I have no interest in explaining an app bug to a generic service operator. This bug occurs in the ipad app as well, so its how the programming is done, not specific to the platform. Because of this inadequate response, I have downgraded my rating.

You have to keep turning on the remote start feature on the oven as it turns off when the door is opened. If you don't turn it back on every time, then the app is basically useless. You should be able to turn on remote start permanently. Also, it is a little slow and crashes frequently when reopened from the background.

Wall oven connects to Router, and gets an IP. You can ping it on the network. Setup looks for a sticker by default (which does not exist) Manual entry of SAID id is accepted, but fails with "Device does not Exist" after naming - (UPDATE: removed 'wpr' from id and it worked, not very intuitive) Oven Software version is 07.00.00 (Mothballed?) Cullinary center defaults are missing in app.
