Spring - Shop 1,000+ brands.

This app was so cool at first! I always start with something small to check out the company and luckily I did! Once it said it had shipped in the app I waited 2 days on a tracking number that never arrived. I emailed them and the "concierge" informed me that no, it had not shipped yet but when it did I would get an email with tracking info. A week after that I check the order and it says "cancelled", I ask why and get no answer, no refunds, nothing! And no number to call! 2 weeks laterand still no response

With the new upsate the images weren't loading at first, but it works now. Everything is so much better. You can search by whatever you want. I just wish you could order multiple items at one time like the website because the app doesnt have the option of starting a cart! Looove it! Favorite place to shop! ♡♡♡♡ Great customer service!

Charged me for something I didn't even purchase. Horrible.

No cart system in app, but w/e. It won't let me place any order. Everything says "sorry we're unable to process your order at this time"

None of the pictures come up in the main screen and I have to click on each individually. Too much time. Getting rid of app.

I don't understand why the pictures don't load anymore.

I had purchased an item off Matiere. Then all of a sudden it was refunded the next day. I didn't know why, so I sent an e-mail. Vivian replied to investigate what had happened and got back to me in a timely matter: Matiere's inventory wasn't updated. So- she applied some credit to my Spring account for the inconvenience. That's great customer service to me. They could have just told me what happened and left it at that, but they took that extra shine to show me how great they are for a companies mistake.

It was ausome it's probably one of my favorite apps

I don't get it. There's no way to search for a particular item. What's the point?

Plus side you do get 20% off for signing up and since I've been a member for a month they have 20% off eveything sales frequently . No shipping charges and no tax. The selection is limited when you can find what you're looking for. The app itself needs a seach feature which I was told they're working on. Overall it's a decent app.

All name brand high end fashion shops. Prefer to spend my money on something that lasts longer than a pair of trendy shoes or pants. Mehhh.

A lot of good options but soooooooooo expensive. I'll need to get a second job before I shop here.

Setup looks good but things are super expensive. $600 for a dress? I'm good.

I love shopping with this app. It has helped me discover a ton of great brands and find exclusive products I can't buy anywhere else. It's fun to just 'get lost' in the app and when I see something I want to buy, it's as easy as a swipe. Super easy to use and beautifully designed and built.

No way to to filter which clothes are shown based on your size makes it too much of a guessing game as to what you see and like is actually an option for you, especially for big & tall options.

Picked up a pair of ear rings for my wife. Kind amazed by the selection and quality, felt like I was window shopping in SoHo.

I want to see only items in my size. And since I can't see sizes until I press buy, I can't use this in its current state

I've never seen a more dangerous checkout experience. I'm almost afraid to open this app!
