The primary value of this app is to reduce the time required to calculate gas flow problems. Also the app allows calculations that are not feasible by hand (finding upstream pressure). To enhance the user experience, several features have been designed into the application: fields are minimized based on assumptions or calculation methods and quick links are provided for other properties. Finally, solutions are very accurate by using a combination of the Newton-Raphson method and iterative loops.
