Stopped showing any details at all after update

Works well for notifcations and checking your schedule, but you cant access the 'resources' tab. This feature needs to be added

Just stopped working. Reinstalled and it's still not working.

Poor interface, regular problems and poor functionality.

Very buggy. Often does not work. Don't bother.

Checking this app on Note 5. After entering the schools name nothing progress and no button to to next screen shown. Can't use it.

Keeps crashing all the time. Same that the education department and schools have chosen such a poor excuse for an app. Can't even access reports or kids things as it crashes. This is meant to be the way parents keep an eye on what's happening with our children's education. Should be able to give it no star.

I really like this app, but we use these devices for our CRTs, so they get passed around and we need to uninstall and reinstall the app every time we change user. The app crashes every time we try to add a new user.

Great app, fast, responsible, but highly unreliable. Everytime I try to open up a learning task for example "CAT 1-UNIT 1 Maths methods". It would crash and freeze up for a solid second. Please fix this, it has been like this for the last month or so.

Confusing, but it works ok. Customisation options and a personal calendar would be nice. If we could chat to other students and teachers with it, it would help a lot.

Worst app ever never let's me access anything for longer than a week then stops slowing me access. Can't see anything I'm supposed to know about. Wish they had never invented this app. Hate hate hate

Forgot my password and there is no troubleshooting access or a reset password access. What a ridiculous app, schools should stop using this. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!

I cant get my kids reports !! I can not access them any other way! Waste of time.

After being prompted to install, I find it useless. Can't add an account. What a waste of my time and my phones data and space!

After downloading app can't even access my account. What is the point of this?????absolutely useless

The app doesn't really do much beyond push notifications. If you need to anything else it sends you to a website that is down right confusing and not mobile optimised. Please fix everything, embarrassing that this is forced on to parents.

Seems to be working now.

Sins last update will not longer receive push notifications. It would be an advantage if I didn't have to decode what my child is doing. This may be simple to thoughts that make it, but it is not helpful when I have to decoded it. It is not simple or eazy which I would have thought would be the point of an app like this. Being able to change my daughter's details (who is listed as a male to a female) would also be useful.

Most times i open the app, it shoes nothing and it only has a spinning circle and says error receiving push notifications. This also happens to my friends as well, please fix

Can't log in - nothing happens after I search for a school. Just updated the app and no change. Disappointing

It functions okay, but as a teacher there aren't many options available on the app. It would be great if we could mark when assessments were handed in through the app if possible, as well as making more of the website functions available on the app too.

Told me "session timed out". Its asking for my password which i have forgotten and gives me NO option to reset it. Feeling extremely frustrated.

No way to progress past the school selection screen. Can find school in lookup. Just no enter button. Little uselful value at this time.
