Signed up for the unlimited plan only to find out it has a limit. Disappointing.

The service is pretty good I've used it for years on my PCs. Recently tried the app and it crashes quite a bit. Tried looking at an overview of my account and it crashed

You should not be charged that much anyway there are so many other clouds out there that are free and when they want to charge you a second time because it was their fault, you should have immediately called your bank stopped payment and your bank would have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and you should have done the same this is a complete scam and anyone who installs it has been completely scammed I only installed it just to let y an even rate this any more than one star -10⭐'s

I've been looking at different cloud storage services and thought I'd try ZipCloud. After a horrible problem with another company, SugarSync, I've been wary. Well, I had a question for ZipCloud and tried to contact their online support only to find it doesn't work! So, I e-mailed them - no response. That was more than 24 hours ago. I tried to contact them again today. No response. Installing this on your desktop also results in lots of pop-up ads. I'm uninstalling this spamware now.

tried to set up an account...then tried to login.. error...wrong details...again and again...triwd 2 diff set ups....rubbish

I will recommend this for my business partners if this works well.

Zip cloud global is the bad storage cloud ever. They make lot of spam in internet also this five stars on market its sure spam.

The free storage is not worth dealing with their spam and harassment to upgrade the account.

I suppose there were some initial growing pains- upon the inception of the app. Now, fortunately, the glitches were fixed. Now, Zip Cloud is working like a charm.

Best backup cloud ever

While I was backing up using ZipCloud for a year... I logged into my account on Feb 20, 2014 and realized that ZipCloud hadn't backed up my files since Jan 9, 2014. If I had had a hardware crash in the interim I would have lost all the work I had done in that month and a half. Very disappointed. When I wrote them to cancel they shifted me from department to department then charged my card for the renewal fee at more than a 20% increase (from $71.42 to $89). After I changed to another service I called to cancel and the agent was very persistent in trying to get me to renew. If they had noted that my files weren't backed up and notified me I would be satisfied, but they had not. If I could give zero stars I would.

This app is fine but the product is too slow. It takes 2 hours per gig to back up. At this rate, it will take me weeks of 24/7 downloading to back up everything. They offer you to pay $15 more for only 20% faster downloads. That's still too slow.

Although the price is competative. There are other services more user friendly. In saying that the support is pretty good but makes tasks less straight forward. Good for the money.
