I signed up for their dollar a month plan or offer or w/e. In 3 months they charged my account $26.85 saying it's because it's only for the first month. Bullsh*t! I never read anything about it being only 1 month and they never mentioned the $8.95 they'd be charging every month after. Avoid these scammers! Total thieves and the app is trash.

Turn off auto renewal, goto my account, billing and subscription and click a few questions, you won't be charged 8.95 a month anymore, but still get cancelled.

The ad here on Google play says "free trial". Add that. to the other misleading ads!!! Let's go to GOOGLE PLAY Help and request /demand this be removed! I have already... Go to Help, Feedback.

I find it odd that small developers can respond to negative feedback yet a larger company is not willing to acknowledge the dissatisfaction if their paying customers. What do they have to hide?

It wouldn't let you see the reviews beforehand and it was disguised under a Samsung program because that's what I was trying to do anyway

I GOT CHARGED TWICE WITHIN 2 WEEKS. THEY LIE ABOUT 30 DAY TRIAL. I can't get ahold of anyone!!!!? The company doesn't have a number to contact them. Its all done by email. I tried email and they the company stated within 3hrs to 24 hrs someone will get back to me with my concerns,questions... THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO ME ONCE. I went to the terms & policys to STOP THE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. THEY MISLEAD YOU THERE. GOING TO STOP BY MY BANK ASAP.

Tried to cancel but haven't gotten a response, yet.... judging by others posts I'm really doubting I'll every hear a thing. So I'll be calling my bank today so they stop payment immediately

Advertised as $1 trial. After downloading and looking at it closer and seeing that it was $9 a month cancelled and never used it. Just realized a couple days ago that I have been being billed for at least 4 months now.

I was ripped off as refund given then days later i was charged again despite uninstall in app & them closing acct week B4! They bill you monthly, not just once! Or they tried twice on mine & requested immediate refund because it doesn't do as described, on Note 3 anyway. All the backups it offers are same ones offered free on my phone anyway. Think there are glitches for Android 4.4.2.

I was offered this product directly from the company website for roughly $3-4 for 1 year. This was the information provided to me, up until I submitted my personal info and payment. After that, I get a confirmation that I am being charged $47.54 for 12 months of protection! No where on the product website did it state that charge for $3+ was monthly and charged all up front, especially with no trial period?! I emailed the billing support, and I hope to get this resolved. Unacceptable.

I am being charged fees to my credit card twice over. Haven't even used the back up facilities yet was supposed to be 100G for $1. Currently they gave charged over $20 for nothing. DON'T USE THIS APP THEY ARE THIEVES.

I should have known it was too good to be true! I don't see anywhere in the advertisement that there will be any further charges other than the $1. How stupid of me! I signed for this promotion that they had $1.00 for 1 year and now they have charged me $18.00 for 2 months of use. This company is NOT cool, i feel i got caught out there with false promotion. Advertised $1. Three days later ( over the weekend )the thieves tagged my account for $8.95 . My banker disputed them, canceled future drafts and reminded me there are more thieves than good. Always read reviews

There is no 1$ plan they have charged me 45$ in 3 weeks. I authorized the $1 a month plan. Contact your bank and stop payment!

Outright fraud. Google, Microsoft and Samsung should slap a lawsuit on this outfit for using their names in deceptive advertising. I'm amazed that Google Play could be a party to this. Be advised that the $1 is just an initial charge for the first month and you will be charged $8.95 per month thereafter. Immediate uninstall. Also, if you are not careful, you may inadvertently sign up for their "upgrade" plan too for %59.95! I went to their website and downloaded my invoices (more than one!), then called the number on the invoice to demand a refund an cancellation immediately. Just to be safe, I also called my credit card and told them about this ripoff. They will watch for a refund "in 7-10 business days".

Read before downloading . There is a lot said after you give them your credit card information.

Was grieving and inadvertently signed up for the $1.00 service, when I finally found out it was 8.95/month, I called and they have offered to refund the money. The woman was nice, but we'll see about the money. I wonder if they have anything to do with Yes sweep which almost ruined my phone!! The only good thing was that rep was nice.

It charges $157.98 this is bad and gives me a virus and malware and demands money to let me unlock my device DO NOT INSTALL!

I signed up yesterday, it has not backed up any files, taken over my phone, and the cancellation address is no good, us they added charges ro my account. I will be contacting consumer affairs and BBB.

Like everyone said, they changed $1 and 2 weeks later charge $8.95. Call your bank and get refund and block auto pay.

Can't retrieve back up and when contacting them they never get back to me

Inaccurate representation of charges, no way to cancel subscription without filing fraud claims with your bank, charges within promised 30-day free trial period. RIP-OFF! If you feel the same as I do about this app, scroll down on it's page in the Play Store and select "Flag as Inappropriate" on Android, choose other and describe your issue with this scam app to Google, hopefully they'll take it down if they get enough people to file claims about what a rip-off this thing is!

Claims you can backup your Samsung before an upgrade yet fails to backup the internal storage without an up charge. Doesn't do anything of value for me.

Just got billed for a service I did not use. Scammed like this should not be allowed on pay store.

I signed up for the 1.00 samsung discount and then I noticed the reviews. I checked the account tab only to see I've been charged 60.00 after agreeing to pay 1.00.

Thought I bought this for one dollar... they've charged my account for 10 dollars THREE TIMES. Don't download this app
