Love it. By far the best cloud backup app out there. Best customer service. Amazingly robust tech. Reliable. Blows all others away. Users that leave bad reviews because they don't know how to delete files are hilarious. Don't knock the product because you're inept.

wouldn't let me sign up kept saying check details again and there's only so many times I'm gonna do that. disappointed to say the least. ????

Can't delete my files... And I can't delete my account either... Useless.. Now when I close my account, the files are still there... What if some one can access them when I close my account.... What then.... Some files I would save, but others I want to delete, and this is not allowing me to do that....

Im on an android phone with an excel app too but the just cloud app does not ope or show the file within it like on an iphone.

This application is a scam. Avoid at all cost. They will try to trick you to subscribe using fake special offers and they never stop asking you to pay more. Never been able to restore the files I backed up. They never came back with a solution.

Every month I made payments. Years later, I would make a payment and think everything was fine and discover they reversed my payment. Finally, I discovered the reason was that they deleted or lost my files. 300gb of data from my old computer. It took a week to upload this information. I paid for them to store it and now it's gone. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Do NOT user their services or trust a word they say. They have LOST all my back-up files - 81GB of backed up files disappeared. Promises to fix - but absolutely NOTHING done. JustCloud

Just be warned, the developer gabriel's bot will send you a ton of emails about tou having set up the android ap so upgrade this and that. Ive already gotten 15 emailes in 1 day

No opportunity to choose what will be backed up. It is backing up my Windows user data, which includes my Windows Dropbox folder! Hard to see what could be more pointless! As for the Android version, I gave up. It tells me I havn'backed anything up, but offers no backup option to choose folders and back them up. Words fail me. What is does come up with is a list of all my book covers that it claims are photos. No photos though, they are excluded. Because it offers no option to choose their folder. As much use as a chocolate fire guard. If one of my developers came up with something like this I would give them a good slap and send them back to try again. In fairness to Just Cloud I was able to cancel my subscription and get a refund.

After trying a few times to create a new account, & no matter how much i double checked & re-tried the usr/psword thing, I still couldn't get a positive account acceptance & still said I had it wrong. Don't take it ppl, I'm un-installing, fire 'em.

This app will not work on any of my android devices. Funny how it works flawlessly on apple products. So if you have an IPad the Service is fine, any android (phone or tablet) and I would consider a different cloud service. Not to mention that the app hasn't been updated in over 2 years.

I was told that I could easily transfer files and photo folders from an old cell phone to a new cell phone. This is not true! Each file and photo must be transferred one at a time; and then put into folders one at a time. Very time-consuming and extremely disappointing! Also, all tech support is by email only. You can't call and no one will call you. After 2 weeks of emailing back and forth with several different reps, I gave up. Now researching for a different cloud backup service.

It not unlimited or I can upload only photos music or videos. Not other things.

This is got great layout, on my Galaxy Note 3, but I don't like the fact of only getting a small amount of data to be able to store all my stuff. .. ☆ I am going to stick with MEGA v1 App for my storage, having 50GB of free Storage is what I need! ♡

It's been 4 months since Just Cloud LOST ALL MY DATA. I've got a paid plan imagine the free one. Imagine yourself one day after your HD has crashed , thinking 'Well at least I have my pics/docs stored in the cloud'. For my surprise no single file was there. 15 years of pics with my kids, since they were born, wedding with my wife, special moments with parents, friends, etc. All vanished. They reimbursed me $150 dollars, but I had to pay $1,200 in a data recovery service. Strongly recommend to avoid

They just tried to take £147 out my bank! Apparently auto renewal?! Banks fraud team caught and stopped otherwise I'd be out of pocket! DO NOT USE!!

Used same email and password on website or windows desktop app it's work. But same email and password on Android it's not work?

It has deleted 5 posted complaints I've made already. Do not use this

It wouldn't download after several tries, so I cancelled my account and sticking with Google drive.

Backs up main phone storage only: application data folders & camera. Not able to configure to include SD card, contacts or text messages .... all which are more important to me than the base phone app data

I rather use MEGA STORAGE for free. In the middle of transferring files says error uploading because I need to upgrade (pay) you won't catch me like that thank you. Google Drive is also cheaper, and it's Google!

Warning to all who have not yet tried just cloud! You should really find another provider! I had not had an account for 24 hours, before I received mails telling me I needed more space, and I should upgrade, I even got a "special offer" which only lasted an hour from when I created the account. Furthermore when I deleted my account, I got some special "offers" if I wanted to stay - which so much stinks of scam!! STAY AWAY PEOPLE!

Honestly I thought it was harder to get a backup in your computer but you are 1 click away from never loosing your pics

Incomplete backup on both pc and mobile, three months into contract and support has done nothing. I want my money back.

This company, WITH NO AUTHORIZATION, just charged to my bank account a renewal fee of $89 instead of the $29 yearly fee I have paid for the last two years. I never signed up for auto renewal!!! ERIC, customer service rep, tried to keep me from canceling by discounting rate until I was back to the $29 yearly fee. After I insisted on canceling and demanded refund, he finally agreed to refund $89. It will take up to 2 weeks, but it took him no time to lock my account.DO NOT USE...USE VERIZON OR GOOGLE.

Syncs some of my photos. Not clear how to get other files. More interested in getting you to pay more than fixing problems -- billed me for a year, after a year, even though I paid for 3 years. They had me down for two accounts (same email address, different first names). They would not refund the fees for premium and 3-yr subscription, so did not cancel. Took ten calls to get the license correct. Dumb interface that has case sensitive user name without hint; spent over an hour trying to log in. Terrible!

Have been using this for 2 years now and have had no issues. I love being able to play music that is on my laptop through my phone when I am away from home. I just have to remember to leave my laptop on so it backs up. The phone back up has been working great as well. :-)

Tried to find away to sync my tablet and phone's music without needing an actual computer. Tried this. Was able to upload 4 songs before it said I need to upgrade and that I was out of space. Deleting my account and uninstalling.

I cant sing up .... totally fake... plz don't make such fake apps ...a lost my data to download ...

poxy 15m storage and even that doesnt work, uploaded a test file wouldnt let download it then it dissapered AVOID

Signed for my 'free account' with the understanding it was a free trial. Figured a month, 2 weeks at minimum. Right. 15 minutes after opening my account, I tried to upload my first file to the cloud. DENIED. Was told my account was expired, and it rerouted me to a billing page. SHAM.

Please. Fix then I will rate higher please.
