The instructions before you hate on this app. It works great. If you FOLLOW the instructions. I'm a Nordstrom employee who just started using this app. Saw bad reviews and knew it was people don't know how to FOLLOW instructions

Was able to use without a hitch until updated a while back. Now cannot get to work on Android or iPhone. Logging into website on a phone is a nightmare

No month calender view available really cluttered week view. Took ages to find how to view different weeks. Can't believe my company is endorsing this.

When its time to log in it doesn't show my advance setting. Also when I hold my menu button it doesn't work it goes away.

Does not work with Pixel. I entered my username and password the same way I do on the JDA website and it tells me to "Please enter customer ID in the advanced section." There's no other options available.

I wish i could give no stars . Tells you to change password and then you have to hunt the internet to find out how . Even then it's a mission to get no where utter rubbish

It doesn't allow you to set it up first with the company you with for. It goes straight to log in.

Doesn't show my 'punch in/out', overtime availability. All it shows is my holidays & rota which doesn't change.

Not compatible with HTC u11. No advanced options to be found. Was easily accessible with my other phone.

I was supposed to press and hold the menu button on my Samsung to get the advanced options but it doesn't work!

Terribly outdated. First tab should display schedule and not time off requests.

It has glitches..one minute its on...but next minute you can't even login!!!

Log in problems. Even when I found that advance settings, i still can't do nothing. Why can't this app be as easy as duty sheet like emergency services use???by the way it's a high usage of battery app, plus uses your geolocation for what ever purposes it wants.

For all Android phones who cant get the advanced option: Just press your left button down for 5 seconds or your right for 5 seconds. I had to press the right button while a friend had to press the left.

The company I work for started using jda for scheduling purposes and I am unable to use jda a website on my phone so I used this application as recommended by my company and I am unable to login even with technical support from them. It states that my user ID is invalid and other co-workers of mine have the exact same issue. The only way I can look at this scheduling is via computer which is not useful if I am not able to access one while I am out.

Absolutely abysmal app. I work for a supermarket in the U.K. which wants to move all shift-planning to this app. It let me log in once. Since that day, it tells me every single time "authentification error - log in failed". I am writing my login details exactly as they appear on the paper on which I was given them. Do not waste your time with this. Absolutely terrible.

I attempted to login. It would ask me to enter a customer ID in the advanced settings, when there is no option. I felt this was a waste of time.

Go to settings then go to buttons (in settings) then switch on "on screen navigation bar" this will give you the option to use advance settings with 3 dots on bottom right of screen allowing you access to log on

This app is very difficult for most to figure out. Also, if you download it, the permissions it asks for are insane. They've explained nothing of why they need them (record audio at anytime, take video and pictures at any time, precise location to track where you are at, access to your SD card and it's contents, what networks you use, and apps you use) which makes this app very questionable to say the least. Nope.

This app looks really good in pics, i cant even sign in, i have a jda username and it says that i have to put a valid costumer username
