I have been trying to create a baby registry but every time I click create a baby registry it creates a wedding registry.

Looking for baby registry. JCP website said download the JCP app. Ok. JCP app says download the registry app. Oook. Registry app only has wedding registry? Where's the baby registry? Please don't say another APPLICATION! Delete.

Absolute waste of time. The items do not scan, manually putting in the bar code takes forever and doesn't work half of the time. The girls at customer service had no idea how to do registries and were rude. Taking my business elsewhere.

It did not work.... was not able to scan anything at the store....which sucked bc the store no longer has scanner so the only way is through your phone...was not able to look up items or even get the app to stay open long enough to accomplish anything... ive deleted the app and am goi nfg elsewhere for my wedding registry.
