Not user friendly if you forget your password

Great job JCP. EASY TO USE, GOES smoothly, easy to read and move to another section.

This is the worst app in the history of apps, does not follow thru with anything

You can't reset your password, forgot trying to get a hold of anyone that is why I deleted it before

I have trouble resetting my password and entering to check my account

This new ap is trash. JCP is one of my family's favorite stores to shop. This app makes online shopping difficult and frustrating. Please fix the gliches of this "beta" version so customers may once again enjoy online shopping. A list of problems was submitted earlier today as this version is just to hard to use for any serious shopping.

Rewards section should be unified in login and readily available for usage upon placing an order. I don't like having to go to a different section to log in to access MY rewards, I want to use them easily in the order processing area, I've earned them. Also the saved item option needs to allow a few more items before refusing to add an item, it's frustrating to stop shopping to go clear out items in the saved area to add an item for later purchase. It's not time efficient. The app is improved from before however,smoother, faster. Thanks

5.7 update shows I have successfully login in, but I have no access to order history, favorites or credit card info. Reported problem go NO answer. If I could get women's tall clothes elsewhere would start shopping there, and I am a platinum level shopper. VERY UNHAPPY

I used to be able to use this app with no trouble but now when I tried to order it tells me to sign then tells me I have successful logged in and then keeps returning me to the log in page. I lost my $15 off $15 coupon last night because it would not let me submit my order. It was very frustrating.

I've been trying to change my password for 2 weeks and I get a error message that I've exceeded my attempts and I'm locked out. I haven't been able to use this app at all!!!! My order got shipped to a different state twice and I'm currently waiting on the 3rd try, I'm so disappointed.....

Great app, easy to use, straight forward and simple, way to go JcPenney! Only thing I wish it had was the ability to write a comment about a product through the app (couldn't find it if it does). I buy most of my clothes from JcPenney and products are great, so I should write more reviews.

App constantly freezes, jumps to other page within the app and submitted an order before I was finished placing an order after I applied a promotional coupon. Have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it still have the same issues.

This app is good for looking up items but ordering items it completely messed up. It did not take off all of my discounts. Now I have to go into the store and get it all corrected. This is not what I call convenient. I thought app were to help make shopping easier.

I have tried uninstalling/Reinstall a few times. It recognize my rewards account. Try to connect and reset password, both alter between email is not valid, or that email is already in use. Please fix.

I want to use to make credit card payments and it is to slow and glitches slow it down. I also wanted to use it for tracking rewards, but it does not well for me

I use to use and it was easy to shop and purchase without any problem now you cant shop it wont bring up any departments and wont do search for departments or items i foound something on line and told me to purchase on my app acc. When i finally got in got my total put my info in for my card it wouldnt except it kept directing me to something else no method of pay would except i just updated app and its no different i my as well uninstall it its supposed to make it easy and its a nightmare you should go back to what you had before your losing customers because it wont let you buy from online because it directs you to this nightmare. Thanks for nothing.

It does don't navigate well, customer service slot is empty of info. It's impossible to reach anyone about any issues!

App is very easy to use and like being able to save favorite items. It sometimes freezes or takes a bit to respond, hence the 4 stars but I'll keep shopping on it! Thanks!

This app is 5 Star in the easy to use category. It's easy to use, easy to navigate, and definitly easy to shop with! The pictures are ok, but not always accurate, especially when it comes to plus size clothes. I would suggest reading reviews! Other than that, great app, no problems!

Unsatisfied with the purchases i ended up checking out with. Then proceeded to checkout and......error please try back again later popped up and does every time I try to make a purchase.

Great app for quick shopping. Bought three pairs of of shorts waiting to pick up my daughter. I will always miss the paper catalog but this is three best we can get without that paper catalog.

I have purchased many things, and have been very pleased with them. Good quality, good prices, great coupon sales. When I have had to return something I just take it back to a Pennys Store and have never had a problem returning things.

The app will not let me get to my bag, will not sign in to my account. It's been the most difficult app to use. I'd rather just use the website!!!!

I like the site but I'm only giving it a two star because it won't let me make a account and I really wanted to order some stuff

Won't use the address I have saved, keeps telling me no address found and wont let me place my order. I guess I won't shop on here

Can't make a payment to my JC Penney's card. Frustrating to do basic items.

I needed a Egift card for my granddaughter away at college. Even jcpenny mgrs thought they could do it ..but NOT !! It charged me for a plastic gift card that's gonna take 3 to 5 days to get there.

Always locking me out and saying my pw was wrong. Sent a link and it doesn't work, just says login and then that was 5th attempt and locked

This app sucks!!! So slow always freezing, closing out.. It just sucks.. Also jcps WiFi no good either can't enjoy the app at home or in store. Absolute Trash

The app stalls and locks up, continuing to flash repeatedly not allowing me to proceed. I try to sign in and that's where the flickering continues​ to stall.

Tried to place an order through the app and it keeps telling me there is no delivery address. Keep trying to add it, but never works.

This app is 1 of the hardest I have ever tried to navigate. No matter what command I try it reverts back to sign in page.

This app doesn't work at all, can't even login. Tried entering my local store and it said it didn't exist, tried by city, zip code, still nothing.

Constantly says I too many failed attempts at log in and I haven't even tried at all. Also freezes up ALL the time. Frustrating!!!!

Unable to delete items in bag and customer service can't figure it out

Constant glitches are so frustrating, I don't even use it anymore! 2 thumbs all the way down!

App is slow, locks up alot, and when you look closer at an item, you end up starting all over.

I love jcpenney. now that they have so many different deals you really do get you penny worth.
