Boot - This is needed to set the alerts back on when you switch on the device, if you choose enable the alerts feature. If alerts are turned off, this permission is not used at all.

Better than 311 app for alerts. It alerted me at least 10 hours before the 311 app. Can't ask for more during this whole week of parking suspensions. Amazingly useful simple app.

This app does what it claims to do. I do not understand the bad reviews others post against a known problem developer had mentioned in the description. He had provided a work around as well. It is unfair. Anyways the app works well and is stable. Kudos to the developer for making such a useful app. I use the map feature everyday. And I live in nyc and it is such a wonderful feature when the signs has worn off and you cant read em anymore or if I want a reminder when to move my car. Thanks a ton
