J.B. Hunt Drive

It routinely won't let me send loaded / empty call. Specifically who unloaded and destination. I must reboot phone a few times to get it to work. ZTE max phone 8 Feb 2018 update: still not fixed. 9 Feb 2018 still broken

I don't know what happened. These last 2 updates made this app worse. Should have left well enough alone. Every time I try to open the app on my S4 android it locks the phone down. I do force stops,clear data,unistall and install. Still can't get into the app. Please fix it. Put it back to the 2 previous updates.

Buggy and slow. The old app functioned a lot better and was more user friendly. *update 2/4/2018- Still buggy and slow. Still have to shut down the app often and restart it. It's easier and faster to use the OBC.

The concept is great however the actual product is poor. I have all the updates but it still takes over a minute to load messages that is if they load at all. My preplans today have no information on them so i have no idea where I am going unless I access the web site. It may be a better build and capable of processing more information but if it does not work half the time what use is it. If my car is the fastest but it does not start most days it doesnt do me much good

The update is complete garbage. I can't go 30 minutes without it crashing, the messages resurrect themselves from the trash, the display is broken (hos times count backwards but read forward), etc etc etc. Please revert to the previous version. At least it worked worth a damn. 9/15/17 Edit: This thing is still trash. Now it crashes when I try to delete messages. The hours of service are still backwards. This thing will even crash just for being open. ***DO NOT USE THIS APP*** 2/7/18 Edit: Developers, take this down. This thing is an abortion and needs to be completely scrapped. At this point it seems you are too proud to admit this was a colossal failure, and are refusing to let this die the natural death it deserves. For Christ's sake, please destroy this app.

I don't know what happened but now I can't delete messages out of the app which is causing my app to slow down and sometimes crash on other than that app is good also if u could add a feature which could put updated fueling points on there that would b great

It sucks!!! The old app worked flawlessly. I'd rather use the OBC and not this app!!!

Incredibly slow to load. Especially the messages.

Past 2 or 3 updates have just gotten worse...real bummer...as I have gotten used to all the convenient resources it offers. Now it won't allow me to complete the load call and had a heck of a time logging out...please please fix as soon as posible...this is a great tool for me (us)!

Updated 1/18/18 broken worse than last time, it now does not get messages and is not updating load list. Tbe loads it shows are not mine, my loads were changed before the update. Updated at 12 p.m. on 1/18/18 App started working normally, will update if any other problems

App is helpful when it works. Got a pre Plan but it ended up getting cancelled. Got a new load but the app will not show the new load even thu I got a notification that I was dispatched on a new load. The app dose this every time a load gets cancelled

Finally fixed the bug fixes and get messages and pay review promptly. Not perfect, still lags with the system sometimes but better.

They've​ made many improvements since the original release .... Some days it's the greatest thing ever other days it's really challenging to even use it.... Today is one of those days

if JBHUNT needs productivity and drivers to bring some money home instead of drivers leaving company here is first start" fix this app".If I need to wait at customer for 30-60 min. or more for app to download my new assignment then why I am here .

This app is very slow it like to just shut down and not show right info

Excellent tool, helps you to work more efficiently,provides helpful information. A must for all JB Hunt drivers !!!

Ever since the last update it stinks. Very slow and takes at least 3 or 4 tries to log in if it loads up the first time. I liked the old version better. It never seems to work when i need it now and i dont have time to be calling the help desk 2 or 3 times a day. Seems like the devs are more worried about flash than function.

Won't load current loads,touch points are off.Old app was better.

Still having message issues.. Saying I have one but won't show it.

Our crashes constantly out won't summit load arrival or loaded calls can't report broken equipment it is completely worthless as it is now

This updat is not good, just design changes like widows xp vs Windows vista

It works sorta alright but I need a way to generate Bols so I could print my bills I'm a driver that have a printer with me at all times. Why is this feature gone

The messaging issue seems to have been addressed in the latest update.

This app it's too slow the old app it's a lot better

Every time there is a bug discovered, the developers work quickly to resolve it.

Trash. Skips loads, doesn't update when you select arrival, Current load doesn't display, I want the old ap please god where or how can I ditch this stupid update and get the old ap back?? Please?!?!? Hello?

its messing up more now entering in your empty trailer instead of your loaded one. it also its glitching and not displaying your current load

If i did as poor a job as the app developers JB hired to make this app I would have been fired a while ago.
