This app/virus message popped up on my brand new phone. It said my use of porn/adult sites has damaged my phone and SD card. This phone is brand new and it was my 1st time opening the new browser! It's a trap and a scam!

It says that to detect a virus click on Auto Detect and it checks it and then it says at the end in the middle "Not good for surf and game" Does that mean the virsus is gone or what??? I am so confused? please respond as quickly as possible I am worried
