Work smooth in Go SMS pro. This app won't appear on the menu. U have to go to Go SMS pro's basic setting, then choose 'language' to change it to 'traditional Chinese'. There is a button to let u choose traditional Chinese as ur Go SMS pro's language. If u haven't downloaded this app, it won't let u choose and will lead u to play store to download this app

It said "installed" but not shown on the apps screen. I am wondering if this is locked by the carrier that you can add more languages. I asked Samsung in Canada and they said that go to Play and find those language pack and that's what I did. However, the apps did not show up . WHY? Anyone can share...
