GO SMS Pro - Messenger, Free Themes, Emoji

I've used this app for years but the ads are out of control. I spend more time clearing distracting, annoying ads than I do actual texts. Think its time to simplify and save the space on my phone.

Still I'm facing problem in sending sms from Samsung s8+, after upgrade IOS in OREO dual sim sending option has been removed.. Kindly update your app on urgent basis and resolve my problem

I am not giving any more stars until you stop texting me 30 times a day. I don't want any themes. Please stop texting me with advertisements. Sending messages after midnight is unacceptable. I will uninstall if this proceeds.

Today is a sad day. After using this app as my go to messenger app since probably my first Android like 8 years ago but the ads finally were too much. I would have paid a one time fee to get rid of the ads but a monthly subscription service, no way. I have switched to textra. Change my mind.

Thanks for spamming me with messages for links to the point that I have to look at my phone every hour. I appreciate you forcing me to go and get a new text message app

Way too many intrusive ads, full screen one's too. Slow in sending picture messages. Some of the newer animated gifs won't send, don't work.

Take off your Annoying Ads, on sms writing page!!! Place it on. Different area or location and not on writing area. It confuses everyone when texting messages.

I have used this app for years because I don't like the standard messenger. I don't mind the advertisements popping up but I hate how they have them at the bottom of the screen in my chats now!

Rip off. Paid for no ads, twice, and still all kinds of ads and popuos. Complained and of course, no response!

Yeah there's things are nice but you have to download so much stuff to your phone in order to get one a nice theme but I still like it I got one theme and that's all I will be getting

I have had this app for years. I have loved it! This week, I am getting advertising that pops up like you received a text message. Constantly all day! I try to delete but it's 24 hours a day! Time to uninstall and find something new! I know there are ads with apps but this is not acceptable! You will loose many users because of this update! Not cool!

I decided to try gosms. Save yourself the headache, this app will spam you, right in with your regular messages. I tried blocking it, but it forbids you to block it. That was more than enough for me. I am going back to my old sms program. Why would the dev spam it's own app? Unbelievable and unacceptable. Total waste of time.

3.23.18 Edit: I found out how to fix my problem. If anyone is have the same problem as me with an alert card or banner popping up as a notification it can be turned off in the Go Launcher preferences settings. I'm loving the app again! 3.22.18 EDIT!: I don't know why the pop-up for my messages has changed but I don't like it. I used to get a message pop-up on my home screen that matched my Go SMS theme however now it's weird and I can't even read the entire message like I used to. Please tell me how I can change this or opt-out of this setting. I want to love the app again! I have absolutely no complaints. I love the themes and customization I'm able to get with app. Love it!

It was fine until this week. After a year of using it it has started sending 4+ ad text messages A DAY. Ads when backing out of a message are video, LOUD, and there's no rhyme or reason. It won't do it for a week and then you'll be in a quiet place and it will scare the daylights out of you. Off to find a better app.

Why can we change contacts color of font....BUT NOT THE FONT COLOR OF WHAT WE TEXT BACK?... On the current theme I am using.....SO HARD TO READ WHAT I TEXTED ...WAY TOO LIGHT AND I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!! Wish there were more themes not so GAWDY LOOKING TOO!!!....but more softer and SIMPLER looking...WE ARE NOT ALL KIDS AND TEENS!... BUT I DO LIKE THE APP AND THE FEW THEMES I USE!!!

I paid for the pro version under the understanding that the adds would stop. Needless to say, I'm pissed because they are back. Keep your word.

I am uninstalling this now. Which makes me sad because I have used this app for years. But here lately the ads are just too much. It seems like everytime I open it there's two ads that pop up it makes it look like I have a notification but it's just an ad. So annoying please fix and I will install it again.

They fix one thing and make something else much worse. The stupid little text messages every hour about new themes is really annoying.

Can anyone suggest a good alternative please? This App is just plain bad now.

Beware. They send sms and popup ads. Malwarebytes blocked them and warned they were linked to phishing sites. Nice app but they steal your info.

Don't ya think it's a little much to get this msg ever 4 - 6 hours.. I have gotten 4 already just today and it's only 6pm.. The msg about upgrading to the premium pack..

I get a developer has to make money of a product, but paying a monthly fee is ridiculous. Make it a one time purchase.

Where is the time stamp for each message? I don't want my messages in one group because then the conversation isn't in actual time. PLEASE ADD THE TIME STAMP FOR EACH MESSAGE! How do I add it back?

I have had a couple of things go wrong but was able to figure it out on my other phones I never had this option to be able to try neat things like this is pretty cool
