GO SMS Pro Dropbox Backup

How on earth do I uninstall this app? I like GO SMS Pro . . . but, it won't let me remove this Dropbox Backup app. Very frustrating.

No longer works - "The old version of the Dropbox platform is being retired on 28 September 2017. The developer of this app has yet to acknowledge the change, so this app may not continue to work in the future"

It doesn't work anymore and I can't reload my old texts. When will this be fixed? I really liked it when it worked.

Crazy permissons and drains more battery than my screen.

I was unclear where the MMS backup was as it used to be on the main screen when you started the app. Now it's within the "backup sms" as a checkbox to "backup mms" in the advanced features.

It says it fixed the "fail to download" bug, but it's still doing it.

Allow us to rename backed up SMS, also allow us to choose which of the messages to back up. As of now, you back up all our SMS.

It backs up the text but not anything current its giving me 3 month old text when i need all my text please fix or can we just go back to the old one ya know when you didnt need dropbox or anything you just login in and everything starts backing up

I was trying to find a way to transfer a very large private box (50,000+ SMS and MMS) to a new phone, and this addon did it perfectly. It worked great with my regular inbox too. Just make sure you have the Dropbox app and a Dropbox account on your phone first.

This app drain my battery, my battery downed from 99% to 75% in 1 hour (screen off). I check in my battery usage and found this sucker.

After the update go sms update, it says I've never backed anything up. I used it for years and made several manual back ups along with the auto.

Uninsyalling since I can't schedule backup with dropbox option. Will add again if it changes.

After I downloaded this app, EVERYTIME I update or download another app I get a SUPER annoying pop up ad. Even after uninstalling it still appears... Horrible!

Won't restore. Keeps asking me to sign in to Dropbox, once I do it keeps asking me again.

First dropbox is locked can only back up to their server, Second can only back up 1000 msgs, thats a joke, Ive only had this phone for two months and i have close to three thousand msgs, and lastly I have an HTC ONE my msgs oh excuse me ALL OF MY MSGS are backed up free of charge with the stock software, plus my calander, contacts, phone numbers everything so why would i pay one cent for this BS! Uninstalling Imeadiatly

Good idea. Bad implementation. Drains battery very fast and no automatic or scheduled backups.
