J4T Multitrack Recorder

I really love this app been using for almost 2 years now, though I'm still learning how to use it effectively. Can I record two tracks at the same time using an audio interface?

This app is wonderful. Now works on my Chromebook too! Big thanks to the developer for excellent service. Easiest five stars ever. If you are a musician you'll want this!

Love it, does everything I need it to do, although sometimes the tracks will be either too far behind or too far forward after I've recorded

Only allows saving to internal storage. When choosing the directory, the "up one folder" button limits your choice and will not go "up" to the micro sd card... only shows internal storage. It should allow you to save to your SD Card, especially with the file sizes you will have when recording audio.

This is a great app! Exactly what I needed to get my ideas recorded since I am away from home/my equipment all week. Thanks for such a great app. Highly recommend! Forget about autotune btw... drum tracks would be time much better spent. Autotune?... sheesh!

Great app. Thanks. Does just what I was looking for. Only thing is I can't find how to delete a track without over dubbing it. Is that an option?

This app is great. Love it. It's pretty easy to use. It's got FX. It's fun. Thanks for this sweet 4 tracker. Great job. I will ask that you add distortion as 1 of the FX. Other than that. It's well worth the price.

This recorder is just brilliant, doing recordings with just my HTC 10 and acoustic unplugged and it sounds fantastic with the included plug-ins, great stuff developers!

Its cool because i love to sing in 4 part harmoney but after calabrating it, it some times have a delay during recording and it messes up. And i have to keep starting my song over and over again... Not cool at all

Man this app is unreal, so quick and easy to record tracks on the go with high sound quality, extremely intuitive design and user friendly layout to assist in a real fast learning curve to make the most of the app especially like that you can export tracks to mp3 and can also easily layer instruments I would definitely suggest to download and purchase this app completely worth the money!

Initially I was disappointed with the latency issues I experienced with this app but I just closed all other apps and put my S5 into flight mode when recording and it works perfectly! (I also dropped the frame rate to low and the sample rate to 22khz, I'm only trying acoustic guitar ideas so quality not paramount at this stage). Super simple drum sequencer would be on the wish list but it's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!

I love this app I've had it for like 5 years and I have seen how this app has grown and gotten better there's would be only 2 things I would say that I've been waiting for on this app and that's autotune being #1 and the compressor every time I use it it always has this distortion sound and staticky sound but other then that bro this app is real nice I love it ????

I was going to refund this app because of no live monitoring. As a songwriter, I need to experiment with parts before recording, which means I need to play along with the recording and hear the recorded tracks as I record. Before refunding, I decided to try my OTG cable with my Sampson Go mic. Lo and behold! I can now use this this as a fully functional 4track recorder with minimal equipment. I'm hoping I can also use my iRig for electric guitar, but I'm pleased that I can work on acoustic/vocal projects. Reminds me of my first 4 track, many years ago, but easier to use and tons more features! The only downside so far is that all song files are stored in internal memory which is bad news if your phone dies and you lose access. Your work is gone forever. 5* if we can save to SD, or a dropbox cloud save as a backup.

I really love this app coz it helps me prepare for studio time. Please please please modify it. (1)I see there's only 4 Tracks... please add more, as many as possible without disrrupting the app's performance. (2)Please enable the option of being able to adjust the Audio imported on the Track back and forth to add effect to the composition (eg. If i want a siren audio clip at a particular time zone on the Track time line.. i want to be able to import the siren on to one of the Tracks and move it to maybe the 20th second of the Track.) Please please please get back to me if i wasnt clear enough on my request. Thank u :)

A true fourtrack. While the audio will start off time, you just need to modify it in the settings, as there is a calibrator. The best alternative if you don't want to stay in the same place to do everything all the time. I use a snowball for my recording, don't really recommend any stock ones lol

Easy and effective. Works great on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. It doesn't record MP3s, however, you can import MP3 and export WAV files to MP3. You can also record voice and later add music, synchronize and bounce them onto another track. Add echo and equalization. The editing can be a little tricky and takes practice. Cut and paste can be hard even with a fast processor. I wish it could utilize the whole screen. Overall a nice program and for $4... it's a steal!

So i spent all morning emailing the developer asking a bunch of dumb questions before I bought this app. Everything else seemed to suck etc. I was responded to very quickly and patiently. Thought, its worth it to buy just to support somwone. WELL.... ive already used the hell out of this app!!!! Perfect perfect perfect. And im sure it will get even better with somwone who clearly takes pride in what they do. THANK YOU for making this app.

i really love this app but there's one thing i really would need soon and that's autotune... please add it as soon as possible

Cant even record while listening to other track with headphones so waste of money

Excellent app. Purchased many phones ago and it's usually the first app I download when I factory reset or upgrade. I've recorded quite a few little songs and it's been a pleasure to use this app. GG

Best Multi-track on the market I've tried pretty much every multi-track available on the Play Store. None of them work half as well as this one. Easy to use, decent UI, and truly dependable. I've had J4T on three separate devices over the years and never had a single issue. Beyond worth the $4. Phenomenal work on behalf of the developers. Always looking forward to new features.
