Jaybird Reign

I have HTC One M9 and after all day trying to pair it keeps failing, I tried everything I even did a factory reset of Reign but it will still not pair to my phone.... Very dissapointed for paying for a product that does not work. Hopefully it's apps fault and not the device itself

This product worked great on my iPhone. Switched over to galaxy s7 and now it sucks. Took 2 days to pair after that now I can't sync. I have updated to the newest version and still can't sync. This product I'm using it for a paper weight now. Ridiculous how much you pay and can't use it. I've seen others with this issues and they always come back and say. Update it and give you better pairing and syncing. I have done that an still a paperweight. I have the newest android update also.

Update 5/7/16. Paired after 5 attempts but unable to Sync. Reinstalled. Can't pair anymore. I can still pair to older O/S. 5/5/2016. Still no luck syncing to Android 6. Maybe next update. Original post: I have not been able to pair with my Moto G phone that runs Android 6. I have been able to use the Pod because it did pair with an older device. I contacted support but it felt like they were simply not allowed to acknowledge a problem. Troubleshooting quickly became ridiculous.

Let's start with the recent update. PERFECT. Thanks guys, my pod needed that one and it worked great. Now, I only gave 4 stars becouse were still looking for the "Google Fit" connection and so hopping for a widget, and that's the icing on the cake. If your looking for a great company and the most awesome customer service, these are the folks you've been waiting for. Oh hey, the headphones from Jaybird are the perfect addition to your "tech arsenal", the sound quality is awesome.

I had a problem with my daily score but I've sorted it now. It was my fault because I had the time set to 12:30 instead of 00:30 for bed time. Everything works fine now so I'm over the moon. All this app needs is syncing capabilities to MyFitnessPal for more precise dieting. I must say the customer service is second to none and I would highly recommend Reign products.

My device won't pair with my phone if any other Bluetooth device is nearby. I'm not sure if this is an issue with my phone or an issue with the device. As a personal trainer, I love that this devices checks HRV and has sleep recommendations.

Paired on another device but can't get my reign to pair with my phone. Pairs fine elsewhere just not my phone. Think I'm going to try and sell this pos device.

Why do i now need to have my location turned on to pair via bluetooth. This wasn't required previously so why is this now compulsory after the app was updated. I'm not very impressed. Bluetooth was sufficient before so it should be sufficient now!

Working... app has been freezing every now and then after using go zone.

Running on Galaxy S6. Since the update syncing is now working. Turning swim detection on or off does not work. LED light control does not work. Reached out support twice and they can't help me. Been told it's been sent to the programmers over two updates ago. It's not functioning in a way as mentioned above that's end-user friendly.

When I have to keep the location services active to use the app. No thank you I'll just go get a fit bit.

Doesn't track sleep, it always says i slept for 0 hours even though the activity section shows that i was asleep. Also doesn't show any past days' data at all. And last and most important, the start button for the hrv rarely to never even appears, so I'm never able to even check my HRV.

Same problem here. Latest version seems to pair even less on Android

I paid a lot of money for this product I still believe there is a future left for this produce but I'm entirely frustrated with app esp how much it stop working and I'm unable to use my device for several days now I'd appreciate if they issue a recall on this product and compensate me with a new model because I love jay bird product

$300 down the drain. Bought two of these one for me and one for my mom. Hers is still in the box because I've never been able to get mine to work right, if I could ever get it to pair. I just can't believe that the same company that makes the X and the X2 could sell this product and not even support it. Hire better software people or app people if you are gonna charge $150 for something I've only been able to use one week. A hooker would of been a better investment.

Won't track my sleep for anything

Sync with MyfitnessPal feature is a must. Go Zone button gets stuck, one needs to exit app & re-enter. Does not recognise hand sports like volleyball. Dashboard is limited. does not give step count. Others?? If it did I would give a 4.

After update app will not open. Now I have a useless product. Thanks Jaybird. Great work in your R&D department, looks like you guys did thorough testing.

Keeps stopping

Sleep recognition not working at all but history works now. Even when editing sleep it still doesnt change or read correctly. My band doesnt recognized that its a new day and thata a huge problem and defeats the purpose of go zone never comes up in the morning. Reset it several time and still doesnt work well. Update still does not eork and tried swimming didnt recognize i was swimming. I enabled the detection button.

The app is not great, but not horrible either. I love the fact that the devices main thing isnt 'steps' or 'stairs climbed' or any of that stuff! The achievements catagory is not refreshung withought re-installing the app... plz fix!

App crashes constantly, go reading is glitchy on occasion, and now the pod won't even connect. Custoner service is great, though. 5 stars for that!Should have got a fitbit...

It's ok. I'd like a heart rate monitor for when I'm actually working out. The device is paired but takes several attempts to sync data to my phone. Never works first try. I'd like a weight lifting setting. I think there's lots of room for improvement.

I am getting 55% progress in the app but only 3 leds are lighting on the pod, even after refresh. Please help

Can't install app. Error code: -505

I bought a reign a few weeks ago mostly excited about the incorporation of an hrv reading. However, I rarely get the "go" button to be able to take it. Each morning I refresh and restart the app multiple times. It's not clear what triggers it. I also don't under why I can't take it throughout the day. It would be great to have something to replace my emWave. Additionally, the sleep tracking never works. Many nights it only tracks a couple hours when I've slept over 7. Love the concepts, but they don't work.

I like the product t so far had to reset the devise in order to pair it with multiple devices but besides that all is good

Having some minor issues with syncing on occasion and some problems with enabling swim detection. But stability keeps getting better.

Just saw it counts steps and measures heartrate. Is that a newly added feature?

This app was really rough when I got my reign a couple of months ago. Now, its a lot better, but could always use some more work. Things such as changing workout frequencies and types are only available when you first setup your account, same thing with sleep times.

I've spent the last 2 hours trying to pair with my HTC Desire 510. That's after waiting 2 weeks for it to arrive and 3 hours charging it. Have I wasted my money and my time? I was so looking forward to it. Disappointed.

I'm on a LG Nexus 5 and when I try to check my GoZone the app crashes all the time. The hpm starts and the hvr too but the app just can't finish the analysis cause it crashes. This is a big issue. Hope it's fixed.

I followed every instruction and "trick" jaybird's support provided to pair the pod but no success on it. I'm waiting for a response on the fix date
