Jaybird MySound

They have some glaring deficiencies and are probably damaging to users ears. Overamplified system notifications and no means of disabling first and foremost. Apparently the developers are not able to fix these problems, though they indicated they would months ago. Avoid these.

Exactly the same problem as others have: After first succesful pairing I turn Bluetooth off. When I turn Bluetooth on, the app will no longer connect to my headphones (headphones are working and connecting to phone without a problem but not to app). I have to restart the phone then app connecting to headphones again. Phone is Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, app version 1.6.6.

After the latest update the app flat out doesn't work. My headphones are connected to the phone but the app says no device detected. I've tried re-pairing with the app open and reinstalling the app. Device is a Sony Xperia XZ. I hope the app development team resolves this ASAP. The app works wonderfully; when it works at all.

MySound app is giving me trouble! You would think for earbuds that have a good rating they would have this resolved. I go to connect and first time works great, as soon as i get a phone call or i jump to a different app the MySound app crashes. NOT IMPRESSED

Just wish I could turn up the sound louder as this grid thing don't even seem to make a difference when I raise it up which I was hoping the volume would go up but doesn't also like some might of complained it takes awhile to connect headset to Bluetooth. And all I want to do is plug and play and work out and don't feel like standing around waiting till it decides to connect

Why is everyone dissing this app ? It s awesome on my s8 plus. Works very well. It's like a store for custom EQ profiles. The interface is very good too. I would suggest this. I like that tells you how much battery is left for your headset.

I love the ability to customize the sound profile which I hear. Bumping it up from being a totally flat response. They're great!

It's been draining my battery lately. Moreso than usual. Other than that it works acceptably.

I would not recommend this app to anyone. Once I turn my Bluetooth off the app will no longer connect to my headphones. In order to make them connect I have to uninstall the app, un pair my head phones and restart my phone. Finally once they connect, I turn off my Bluetooth and they disconnect again.

No issue with the app build quality of the hardware not great . Within 6 weeks the clip and gel earbuds had both failed.

You need to be able to get rid of the notification and info about your device when you shut the headphones off on galaxy s7

Great for changing what you want to hear. Can add bass or make high notes clearly

Great idea, but laggy at times. Definitely improves the usability of headphones when you've a wide spectrum of audio

You guys just broke this app with latest update. It won't even see the headphones although my phone pairs just fine with them

Great app for what it does. Music cuts out every now and then, but over all, it works

App worked fine and now my headphones won't connect to app and my podcast just stop and starts on its own

This app improve sound quality. I dont know but it works for me.

Besides the occasional lag with music... Great App and great music experience.

Aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and intuitive app. Wide range of music profiles to select with the option to tweak them as desired or create your own unique profile is awesome. The default sound is already amazing but with the app it's another level!

The app works and connects with my headphones (x3's) very easily, but my my music keeps stuttering a lot when I'm jogging or going for a walk, it's very annoying.

I like this app, very much, it's played a huge role in getting the preferred sound. Coming from beats, I am in impressed, I love they JayBirds X3 they are awesome, Thank you JayBird.

I like the app but it almost always crashes everytime I use it. Please fix it and I give it a 5 star rating.

It works quite well. I would prefer to hide the battery notification when the headphones are disconnected.

While I did enjoy the Jaybird X2's, I found the sound to be tad flat at times, even with an equalizer. With the MySound equalizer coupled with PowerAmp's EQ, the sound quality on the Jaybird X3's is pretty damn good. Excellent music enhancer.

Sweet tweaks for a lovely pair of headphones... Works perfectly well with my X3.. Good work.. keep it up.. Thanks.

Trouble staying connected to Jaybirds after update

Love that I can change the way my headphones sound! Battery notification is pretty useful too.

Great so far, would be good if you could change profile from android wear though

Works great. Battery percentage is sometimes slightly off but other than that it does what it's supposed to.

My X2s won't connect to my OnePlus 2... shame because I was looking forward to messing with the sound to get it where I like. Please address this issue for us!
