PRODUCTS

Our standard product range of Multi-Leaf Springs comprises of over part numbers (Spring Designs) in order to cater to Heavy and Light Commercial vehicles, Trailers, Cars, Mining Trucks, Multi Utility Vehicles & Oil Tankers, Agriculture and Construction vehicles and various other applications. With five decades of experience in manufacturing suspensions Jaysar has forayed into other products as well.
We also manufacture custom made springs as per specific design needs. We are capable of producing customized multi-leaf springs with specifications.
We use various grades of spring steel such as EN 45, EN 45A, EN 47, 60Si7, 65Si7, Sup9, Sup9A, Sup11, Sup11A, 50CrV4, 51CrV4, 52CrMoV4, 58 CrV4 etc. as the primary raw material in our manufacturing process.
The material undergoes rigorous inspection and testing including chemical and metallurgical analysis at our labs and external labs to ensure that it meets with our quality standards.
