My company just engaged with Generali Indonesia for employee insurance, but got 2 issues on their IT system already. 1, their online database (phpnyadmin) was not properly setup so anyone can see the database (finance). 2, I can't register using mobile apps. So, either the insurance or mobile apps Dev were not seriously taking this business.

Always hang, and close suddenly when use provider serch future. Please fix it. Others is ok, would be give 4 or 5 start if this problem solve. Thanks.
