Is not showing actual data, this would be great to have working during the snowmobile season... , so developer contacted me, I checked and all was functioning, I'll bump my rating up significantly due to it being fixed and developer contacting me... thumbs up

Would be helpful to include elevation and co-ords of site

Great data for the snowmobiler i use this all the time

R70%
by R####:

I am glad to see it is up and working now. Thank you.

The developer has started updating this again and it seems to be working well now. Could be a bit more polished, but super convenient to have SNOTEL info easily accessible on my phone. Good timing too (the snow season is starting)!

Currently not working at all for a Note 5, it just says "mapping snotel locations" but will never actually load anything. I let it load on that screen for 3 hours with no results.

Jason, I am no longer seeing the Snotel sites displayed on the map anymore. Thanks, Aaron Burrows

Works pretty good. The snow depth is inaccurate while in map mode, yet when you click on Snotel site the data is correct.

M70%

It's a good app but every time I open the map it goes to Gabon

V70%

As title says. Too many clicks to find any real info. 1 to 2 day outdated info

Used to be a good app resent updates I guess have rendered it useless.

Was working great for a while, but the icons are showing incorrect values now. I really like the idea of the app.

Keep reinstalling but crashes on opening

It keeps crashing. No markers , nothing.

Has great potential , will not show any USA locations , bc comes up, if I try noaa map locations just shuts app down , very excited to see app up and running definitely 5 star when it is all set up with, current conditions thanks, using android gallexy 5 can't even open to change map , unless I uninstall and reinstall to turn off noaa map, and also map default opens in Gabon Africa , when first open and changing, maps

It would be really good if we could see 24 hour totals for accumulation.

Love the map interface and symbolization. For me its missing comparison of current condition to the 30 year average and the ability to link to the year to date graphs.

U70%
by U####:

What happened to the % of average?

U70%

It worked good once but now the snotel sites won't show up.

U70%
by U####:

If you try to load noaa location which is the ones you need to look at in usa it crashs. The noaa site you can list snowdepth changes hourly or daily to see where the most fresh snow is.

I can't get the app to open with my Galaxy 5 Phone!

V70%

Needs a default location setting, and depth change from prior day

New android user so haven't had a chance to use this any significant snow on the ground. Previously I have used SnowTell for Apple products which I liked quite well. I primarily use this for backcountry skiing/avalanche considerations. So far I'm really impressed with the map interface. A couple of comments, again, based on limited use and some wishlist items: 1) One of my key Snotel stations is not listed (Hogg Pass 526 - OR). Is there a way for me to update this or is it on the developer end? 2) I agree with other comments about looking back over the history, particular with options of viewing it as a time series chart over the last week (hourly time steps), month (daily time steps), and water year/snow season (daily or weekly time steps). 3) Another really important variable for us in the Oregon Cascades is temperature - because it's not always falling as snow. I have seen this presented on the same chart as snow depth over time periods listed above and it is really informative for estimating current ski conditions, but also snow stability considerations. Wind speed/direction, situ and historical (7- days?), would be icing on the cake for those stations that record it.

it would be very helpfull if you could add Blind Bull in Wyoming.

This would be a cool app if it worked. This app is so incredibly glitchy. It will only bring up 3 snotel locations and won't allow me into the settings long enough to try and make changes. Changing to the NOAA info will crash the app and continue to crash it every time you try to reopen it, rendering the app useless.

I work for the Hwy. Dept. and submit road reports every couple of hours. This site helps me out when I can't be in a certain spot. Works great without any issues.

Didn't show all areas in Washington that have stations but is easy to use

H70%
by H####:

This app has all the potential, but it looks like SNOTEL just updated their site and I think the collection data points have changes. Right now all SNOTEL info reads as "0" and the only way to grab snow depth information is to use NOAA which isn't updated as often. Fix the data problem and it's a 5 star app!

A widget that I could show several son depths in different areas on one home screen would b sick. Also last few days snowfall. Would make picking which way to head a lot easier

H70%

Would like to have historical data (last 7 days) like they show on the Snotel website. Ability to see what the daily totals are would be awesome.

Q70%

Nice app. But could have more options like a link to the actual snotel site page where you can pull more detailed info. I'd also like to see the most current readings for the sites. Thanks for the app! Look forward to more options in future releases.

Would be much better if there were 24 hour and 48 hour change in snow levels, and powder alerts.

I use snotel all the time and this app brings it one click closer, thanks and keep up the great work!

As a snowmibiler I use SnoTel a lot in the winter for planning trips to the mountains, been waiting for a mobile app. Ability to turn off/on data by state would be helpful. Also "percent of normal" color gradient for map markers would be nice too. Keep up the good work!

Played around with it some. Looks like an awesome app.
