IPVideoCam is a suite of software components and applications developed by Jasitc I.T. Services for you to use your camera on your mobile devices as wireless video source (via WIFI only). For example, you may use it as a webcam to work with popular instant messaging applications for video dialog and conferencing. You may also use it as a security or monitoring device (like a CCTV) for monitoring your kids, domestic helpers, old folks, home and even work places.

You should try the free version before purchasing this paid version. Both versions work with PC running either Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8 using the same driver. You will need to download and install the driver and software suite using the link provided below :-

Note that your internet browser might warned that IPVideoCam installer package is not commonly downloaded and could harm your computer and on some Windows OS it might prevent it from starting and further warned that running it might put your PC as risk.
