Really good medical app. I've used others in the past that have been really awful and cheaply made. This one seems to be a very decent app. It stores all of your medical information right down to your last body temperature taken and blood pressure results. Love it. It's easy to use, easy to navigate, and it's really convenient to have all of my medical information available to me immediately. Also the fingerprint login was a great idea and a much faster option than signing in every time.

Easy to navigate, reliable, and secure. An extremely useful app that has greatly enhanced my ability to manage my health in partnership with my doctors and care providers. This is an app that I never have to think about. So far, after more than year's use, I've never encountered anything I needed to do in the app that it wasn't capable of. This app is app is very handy and puts me in touch with my doctor with ease. It is very convenient for viewing recent vitals and tests and for refilling and requesting reissuance of prescriptions. My biggest criticism is that it does not allow replies to emails and does not show strings of communication like most email systems do.

Very helpful. Not always able to speak to the doctor or his nurse, but can send messages and get responses in quick fashion. Not always necessary to call the office. Can make requests online for appointments, medicine refills or just to let them know I'm having issues with medication.

This app is amazing! I get appointment reminders, test results, and am able to communicate with my doctors without an appointment or phone call. I don't have to try and remember previous appointment outcomes months later during follow ups, I can just pull up my app and review! Best medical app ever!

I just recently got this app, but so far it is so I formative about my baby and also had all kinds of things you can do on it which I really like plus it tells you when his appointments are and what all they did to him at them which is a must in my opinion because no one can remember every appointment and what happened at each one. Especially if your baby has any sort of issues or anything they're wanting to watch out for. Highly recommend this App!!! :)

Lots of info. Great to have it all available for quick reference. Can be cumbersome to navigate. Of you want to look at multiple items in the same group, you have to keep navigating back to that group to look at the next item. It would be nice if the program didn't automatically go back to the beginning of the list each time you close the item you've been reviewing.

I liked how the app kept the health records and how we could easily access them. I also liked how we could request items from our doctor and their staff. Only aspect I found annoying? Having to constantly plug in my information each time my phone naturally shut down to sleep. Then again, maybe this is why they created the passcode for the app.

It's a great way to stay on top of your own health and have a direct line of communication with doctors (as long as they are on Follow My Health, as well. That is the ONLY downfall: not all Dr's are on it).

Just added my info. Can't access my pharmacy OR find any of my other doctors to add. A little frustrating that I can't add these & it keeps prompting me too. If the information isn't there to add, i shouldn't have to keep looking at the ! symbol telling me to do this!! Sort of annoying. Otherwise so far, so good.

I've referenced this so many times out of the Drs office. I never have to worry about missing an appointment. Plus, I can see my own vitals and tests results just like viewing my own chart anytime!

I like the concept of this app and the information that I get to see about my health .... That is WHEN I get to actually see it. I've tried on both Apple and Android systems to only get knocked out of the program. OMG is this frustrating!!! Would love it if my Dr's used a different program because this one had too many problems! Takes forever to load no matter what device I use.

As a patient, the information available to me in this app is such a wonderful thing. I used to have a folder with my med list, clinical summary, and needed lab or imaging results and notes, and business cards from different specialty drs, on-call drs, dentists... The list goes on. I have hopped from urgent care, to primary care, neurology, physical therapy before, and it was so hard to remember what started the chain of referrals. It's so nice that I can pull up my providers, clinical notes, conditions, and open emails sent to me regarding appointments, or sent straight from my provider. I also love being able to send an email to my Dr, change my appointment, request an appointment, refill my prescriptions... So many things that are now easily avsdavlr

Overall this app is very helpful. the best medical app I have seen today. After saying that it is still confusing to find your way around. It is also inconsistent. Sometimes a test that is performed as posted sometimes it is not some doctors use it to a better Advantage than others or don't use it at all.

Makes keeping up with appointments much easier. I also like the fact that I can see the results of tests I've had run without waiting on an appointment. Lots of medical information that you normally wouldn't have access to.

I was hesitant to go this route because these kind of apps always seem such a pain. Well, let me just say i shouldve done it sooner. It makes it so easy to request refills and communicate with the doctor!

Super handy. Makes things so much easier. Love being able to email my doctor. Little clunky to get new items marked as read because you have to open each vital and document. Only reason for four stars instead of five.

I really like how if you need to know anything about your health records it's all at your fingertips! !! If you are like me it is hard to remember dates that tests were done well with this app the dates are all there!

Fingerprint login is clutch. Push updates from test and doctor is great. Sometimes the app can feel a little cramped on my phone, however that might be more of the nature of the data. Overall I'm very happy with this app.

With a brain injury affecting my memory and multiple health care providers, this app acts as my "memory" for me. I'm very thankful.

Love this app! Being able to get all the information I need. Only downfall is through a temporary Dr change, I don't get my medication alerts, but when I'm back with my regular Dr, I'll receive all information I need.

This certainly helps when it comes to getting messages to and from my Dr when i work 7 days a week. I can send updates on my conditions and see all reports and labs. It's fantastic!

The customer support has been wonderful. I love this app and would recommend it to everyone! I have lots of medications to follow and also 4 different doctors. This app keeps everything in one place. Keep up the great work! The only thing that would make it better is if it paid the bills for me!

I can find my medical records right here. I would like to see bigger print. Just to make it easier to see. Even blown up you have to go fight to left to read the whole message.

This is an easy app to use. It makes conversations, questions, medication request so much easier than calling on the phone and waiting hours for a response. It helps that my doctor (love her!) responds almost immediately!

I like to keep up to date with my own blood work & test results because my doctors have missed a couple of major things that had I not checked my own blood work they would've been overlooked & I'd be dead! I'm 100% serious! One was Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 4 & the other was having a very low Average Blood Glucose & having coma like low blood sugar attacks. I discovered both of these things myself & my doctors had missed them! Thank goodness I can check my own labs & test results due to this app!

Pretty good app does contain detailed info on most things, navigation of not having to scroll every time you close results to get back down to the same result spot wpuld be nice.. (not a big deal) and the notification section wasnt updating right away so its still saying i have unseen items but i dont. Other than these minor things its a great app!

Awkward to use. There are conditions listed that I no longer have. Also, the absence of a direct telephone line to talk to a concerned official to make up to date changes is a dramatic shortcoming! Please contact me to discuss my problems with this site. Alan V. Cecil

Love being able to email my Dr instead of playing phone tag. I can not find my lab reports on the mobile ap, but can find and print them from a computer. Wish I could print them from my phone. That is my only complaint.

Great app ! All your health information at your fingertips when you need it anytime. Alerts come up in your email anytime something new comes up on your record including appointments, prescription refills etc...

Great to be able to see appointments when you are a busy mom and can't get everything wrote down. Wish it went a little more in detail on past appointments but that is probably just the doctors.

The newest update did nothing to fix the problems I have experienced with the app unexpectedly stopping when I try to view my medical results. In fact, the app runs worse. Now when I try to view results, the app hangs and my whole phone locks up. (Samsung galaxy s4 with Lollipop OS) Update: I have a new phone Samsung galaxy S7. This app doesn't work for this either not does it work for a family member's LG phone. The green circles appear when we login but our health information never appears. The circles just keep spinning. I gave up after 20 minutes and a huge battery drain.

This is the worst app. I can never access anything. It always says app stopped working. I have talked to both support from the app maker and the hospital and neither are of any help.

Very useful app. It's nice to have all this information at your fingertips. And I'm bad at keeping appointments. This app helps a lot with that. Five stars all the way around

Absolutely wonderful. This makes keeping track of my health so much easier. I recently had major health issues and using this app I was able to view my test results before my doctor had time to tell me. The peace of mind this app provides is spectacular.

The app is user friendly and easy to access. I really appreciate the access to the doctors and administrative personnel. This has taken the frustration of trying to schedule appointments or reviewing test results. Thank you!

Painfully slow to get into the app. Very hard to read documents. Wish there was a way to blow them up. Also when you have a visit and have vitals you have to respond to each and every one, every time. If an excela dr orders testing to be done it does not always get into the system.

I like the idea of having quick access to my health records. The problem I have is, I have typed in every password I have ever used and nothing is working. I have been trying to contact support for a month now and nothing has been returned. No point in an app. if you can't access it?

makes it easy to keep track of health issues. i pay attention now to things i would previously ignored, because it doesn't involve shuffling through a bunch of papers. definitely good.

This app has literally been a life safer for me on more than one occasion! I can't even begin to say how many times I've been to the DR, only to be told they couldn't find anything wrong. Yet when I come on this app and open my records for imagings that were taken at the er and or bloodwork, an entire nother story has been told! I've been able to use this info to take to my Drs to be treated and led in the proper directions. A few examples are that I have liver damage, an auto immune disorder we now have to break down to the exact one, a hiatil hernia, noduals on my lungs...the list keeps going, but I had to find this all out on my own, however, ONLY BECAUSE OF THIS APP WAS ANY OF THIS POSSIBLE!
