Bodybuilding Diet for Android
This helps me to simplify what i need to succeed.
I have tried so many apps for body building diets, but always keep coming back to this one, absolutely amazing app. Straight to the point, easy and simple. Just love it. One little thing, wish I could set the number of meals per day in the settings rather than the default 6 meals.
I'm going to wait and see if all the glitches have been removed. I do like tracking my macros, however I wish I could adjust the food time. I also would like to add more of the foods I enjoy.
For some reason the protein weight does not show up. The weight for carbs and fat do.
Love the app, makes eating the correct amounts easy. The only thing I would like added is a meal reminder alarm.
This will be very convenient and it is close to what my coaches have had me doing in the past to prepare for figure competition. I am hoping they will allow the option for the goals to change automatically as you get closer to competition but for now its easy enough to manually change it.
Easy to use. You put in your weight, body fat percentage, sex, age, and activity level and it creates a plan for you. Each meal has choices for macros. Once you make your choice it tells you the serving size you should have to meet your macro requirement. Brilliant!
No more here than you would find after 2 minutes on Google. Waste of $10 - wish I could get it back.
I love the simplicity of the pairing of the meals. I can just pick the food and don't have to think about what goes with it. It works too!
I don't think this app is much effective for $9 more room to improve a lot more .. the food selection is not enough
The inclusion of fruits and vegetables in the diet gives this app is a unique advantage over the other apps.

needs a way to mark off meals. Needs to stop telling me things can't be undone. need to link this to the USDA database of food. need to let me add food and put the portion size per macro. How about you let us snap a pic of our custom food too? Overall there needs to be more customizability in this app while still hitting our targets. how about a recipe section. I don't need an app to tell me to eat 150g of boiled chicken every 3 hrs and not even pop a notification. Simple enough to do this on excel.
I love this app, it is more carb heavy than what I'm used to but I'm going to stick with it and see what kind of results I get. The only issue I have is determining what 1.7 cups is equil to? I hope that doesn't make me sound completely ignorant! Fractions would be nice, or let me know where I can find metric measuring cups/spoons!
Find it helpful but was expecting some more sophistication in the macros and cal count so you can make changes.
This app is designed perfectly for a drug free lifter. I'm a very serious athlete and I work hard in the gym. This app takes away all the guess work. Even if you try to calculate your macros and calories you will find out this application is dead on! It makes adjustments for you with the data you input. Give yourself a minimum of 26 weeks to carve out your physique for a competition if you've never leaned out for a show before. This application will get you there. Don't forget your cheat meals.

App is great. It kicks me off everytime I click on the 1pm tab. I restart my phone several times for it to let me back in. :( please fix. I was so motivated to get in shape. Please please fix this

At first, this app has a good user-interface which help me a lot when i try it. The second thing impressing me is that this app provide me a very detailed guide in managing my diet and how much calo, carbs ... per meal. It also keep a record of my meals and it's really convenient to compare each day. This one will be the best body building app in the future, 5 stars for this great work, keep it up.
This app is way to basic, yes it provides you with portions, but the way it plans it is way to vague and seriously, offering the same stuff for every meal??? What about beans as a protein, or cottage cheese, what about recipies?? No options for goals, no caloric calculations. I was looking for something to help my meal planning out, with less time for paper and pencil calculations, this app only provided me with what I already know, I am very disappointed with it, I gave it 2 stars for beginners
Like it except it should be able to give more nutrition specific information about a particular item. I.e. sodium content etc. I would also like reminders as I am a busy person who works three different shifts. I would appreciate a customization for routine diet time changes as I work sometimes during the night and work out after my shift so I should be eating afternoon through the night instead.
One of the best bodybuilding apps! Not only does it tell you how much and when, it also suggests foods that fit the schedule! All that for way way cheaper than a nutritious.
I gotta say this body building app is perfect for me. One of my close friends recommended this app to me and so far it works just great. And I hope with the help of it I can gain muscle as the description says. Five star rating.

Very nice app to track your diet and your cal intake. You can choose the food to eat and the app will tell you the quantity. Very well developed app!
This is an awesome app for tracking macros.
Probably the best body building apps out there, definitely worth the money. It also has a nice, modern UI. Works very good if you want to track your diet, lose weight and get buffed. It would be perfect for me but it doesn’t work on my tablet.

App keeps crashing when I run it. If I uninstall and re install, it works once and then, every time I run it it crashes. I have paid for it, please fix!!!
The bmi is messed up
Whether you are 6' or 4', it recommends the same macro nutrients. Food categories are bare. Tgis a shell of an app. Unless you want to donate $10 to non responsive app builder. I bought this in Dec. Worked a week, has been broken ever since today is Jan 27. No refund offered, no response, just a broke app on my phone and developers getting richer. Do not waste your money. I have never been upset over an app from the store. But I reported this one to Google.
