I am a regular user of this app as this is one of my favourite place to have lunch or dinner. The rating is for the app only. The app always shows my location as bengaluru...and everytime i have to change it manually to kolkata.This happen s when i am logged in my account only.Just now i have updated today and the issue persists. This is happening in latest version1.47

Worst experience using this app. Problems Faced: 1. Without sign up directly requested login with mobile number. Authenticated the mobile and displayed the message as OTP is sent and the number which it is displaying, is some another number instead of mine. And also not receiving any otp. 2. Many times showing Error Message after opening book table. 3. Application getting crashed again and again. 4. There is no any option to report a problem from the app.

If you go directly to BN site, you can book a table for any day in a month or next month. But here in this app, booking is allowed for next 17 days only starting from current date. Do not understand this logic.

Rubbish app, price shown in the app is far less than the actual price being charged. Price has decreased since GST is launched but they have increased the price.

Best app to spoil mood and name of barbeque nation. App crashes frequently and booking status is also not accurate. Rating = 1 out of 10. 1 is only for Logo

Such a waste app. Always getting crashed.. if we login with Mobile number, it is sending OTP to some other numbers.. not even basic testing done for this App... This App will ruin the brand Barbeque Nation...

Even after GST has increased you people have increased the price. Shame on you guys.

Idiots booked on app went to hill road and im told there is a party and mine was treated as enquiry and not booked. Went to Bombay Barbeque after that. Never coming back here again

Waste of money. Food was half cooked dessert was not there. Bad service.

Prices in app are misguiding. Actual are different.

Poorly coded application. Try to handle exceptions wherever possible. On home activity If locations are turned off and still user is trying to access location then the app crashes.!

The app is crashing everytime I use it, I used to always book through the app smoothly, why haven't the glitches been removed yet, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app again yet the problem remains the same

Gst is brought down to 5% and you people have increased the prices. Earlier price for non-veg buffet was 656 and now it is 729. Why is the prices increased???

For me it was seamless experience and loved BBQN food as always. Latest booking made today (18-11-2017), all fine.

The new update keeps the app crashing and we cannot make a reservation at all.

What a worst app it is. Not able to book table. App crashes so frequently.

99% of the time I try to book a table it says session expired. Luckily even if the booking page loads it doesn't allow me to book a table for any other number than 4. Update: I have tried logging out and even clearing data for the app but still no luck. I have to try repeatedly to get to the booking page.

Updated version is fully cranky From start to end you can't login can't select your city
