Jamendo Music for Android
Seems they spent more time on making it attractive than functional features. Won't save favorite's. Going back in a search takes you to the top of the list you have to scroll and reload every time.
I love this app, I find so much music I wouldn't otherwise have heard. My one percieved flaw is that they have almost every genre to browse EXCEPT for the blues!
I finally found a free app to create or listen to music because I'm poor and disabled and can't afford all the other different so called free music apps
Amazing music but too many bugs. The app keeps crashing and the music doesn't play properly
Really love the idea to be able to go through Jamendo's music catalog anytime anywhere. Haven't be able to add tracks to an existing playlist or create a new one even though it says it is created. On Nexus 5 running 6.0.1.
There aren't radios for some genres I would like to listen and I don't understand how communities are supposed to work with the app (how do I follow one or play them randomly?). I am also missing Chromecast Audio support.
It's gonna be a great app if the bugs are fixed. And where do the songs go when they are downloaded. I can't find it in my music library.
Hate it I really really hate very bad app
It has horrible, poor distasteful music and there is no way to create a playlist.
I didn't get the song which I'm searching for . One of the worst app I had ever used . I'm searching the song of selena Gomez but it appears hilarious name of varieties song's . Please don't waste time on such apps
lately all this does is crash.
The world needs more of this!! Absolutely addictive in a very very healthy way.

Its fast n digital assistance
Is so slow
Fix please the slow to load on any feature download, its need fast-internet connection. Ill give 5 stars on older version but will 6 stars on fixing this bug.
The music in this app are awesome!! even they are all free! BUT there are some bugs suck as it could stop playing muaic which I was using other apps!!! At last this app is a good decision if you like finding some great music of independent singers.
I've been a fan of Jamendo ever since my dad introduced me to it. This app is no less than what I would expect from them. A lot of reviews say they can't find good music. This is an independent music app. The artists are often not that popular. I've found great stuff here when browsing my favorite genres.
Not having a widget or displaying on lock screen really reduces the value of the app. I also seem to have difficulty hitting the rather small buttons correctly, which is unusual for me. If you can deal with these, it's a perfectly good app and I'm a pretty big fan of Creative Commons music so that's certainly a factor. I just wish it had the features that have become expectations for me.
Great music to find here if you dig a bit. The app is terrible to search for music, no tag search for a example. Use the website instead. But for play the music it would be great - if it would not crash in the middle of every second song...
Superb intuitive search engine. Recommended to home-studios!
I am trying to connect, no music yet.
Where is the music I downloaded??? The song nor appears
Free quality music
Thank you for the ability to download in ogg. Reply: Better responsiveness because it is sluggish for me(currently useing a Samsung Galaxy Light). Oh and have the download change from mp3 to ogg depending on the setting.
I am verry Happpppy with this app found in the world...
I love the charts and radios, discovered more fresh music then with any other app
No chromecast support.
Like all android apps which stream audio or video, cast support should be a given these days.
I wish I could download albums all at once and have them appear in my music folder so I can play them on my external player.
Very slow as well.
Is so slow
I used to like the older version of Jamendo a lot and anyway very much appreciate the idea behind artists sharing their art freely to everyone. In the recent versions, things have changed and I now have some issues and questions: - For public performance, Jamendo now demands a license. Although this doesn't apply to me (only personal use), I find the concept of a company earning money from art made available for free by the artist at the very least distasteful and disrespectful. - The latest "all new" app has severe performance issues (taking more than 1 second to react to clicks) on my Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo with Android 4.4.2 - The app requires an increasing number of doubtful permissions, such as phone state and identity, access to my other accounts, and in the latest version even audio recording (!) without any explanation that I can find for needing them (or, for that matter, any reason to trust that they won't be abused) It looks like Jamendo is going the way of IUMA, which would be a pity. I hope these issues will be resolved soon, otherwise I will give up on Jamendo and will start looking for yet another place where this type of music is shared.

I love the service provided by Jamendo, but the app kind of sucks on my Nexus 5x running Android 7. The biggest problem is that once a track is done playing, the next track often fails to start unless the phone's display is on and unlocked. If the display is locked and off, there is just silence until it's unlocked, then the next track will begin. Kind of a huge PITA to unlock the phone every few minutes to jump-start the next song.
