RuneScape Companion

The app is great overall. You can talk to friends, clan mates, see what's in your bank, etc. You can even set up to buy and sell on the GE without ever logging in. Amazing! Only 1 reason I didn't give 5 starts. You cannot check personal stats. I like to be able to see my current skill levels and see how much exp to the next level I need. That's how I plan to get my levels to 99. So you add that to the app, and I'll give 5 starts. Until then, it only gets 3, as that is very important to me.

The mobile GE and DND tracker are great! Had some login issues in the beginning (client token request denied). Had to reboot my phone and resynchronize my Google authenticator app. Overall excellent app, could be improved with a skill level calculator Edit: there's a bug where the half the screen is covered in black as if the keyboard has not closed. Nothing gamebreaking, but makes for bad UX

I really like this app. There is only one downfall. If you had the option to flip the bank so it shows what are the last items instead of the first it would save a whole lot of scrolling and waiting to load then scrolling then waiting to load if you have a decent sized bank. I like to sell all my previous days loot when im on my way to work on the bus and if this feature was put in place, it would be alot easier and quicker.

I think this is a great app for price checking and stuff. But I noticed that if I have some cash sitting in bank, I can't just add them to my money pouch to be used to buy stuff through this app. Also, it would be great if I can manage my player owned port with this. Can you guys please try to make it happen? Rs companion/captain's log hahahaha thanks :)

This is an amazing app but I think it would be a lot higher rated with a few minor bug fixes and if it supported OSRS. It could just be a button on the bottom of the menu that switched between the two interfaces. Overall, it's a great app though!

I love this app and hate it. The utility of it is great. Being able to chat with my clan and buy and sell on the Ge, and price check are very convenient. However, I can't log into my computer at the same time, which is inconvenient, and whenever I switch networks (ex. From cellular to wifi) it disconnects. It would also be VERY convenient to have the option to push message notifications.

Its a very handy app especially if you're on the go and want to collect and sell your GE item's. One problem is you cant withdraw or deposit your money to buy more stuff you have to have the money on your character. Ill change me rating once this has been incorporated.

Cannot withdraw gp from my bank to buy more from the grand exchange, I have to pre fill my coin pouch before I log out especially if I want to make larger grand exchange purchases

The concept is good. My complaints are there's no way to auto complete your email when signing on, which my email is fairly long and a pain to type on a phone every time I wish to open the app, and it's impossible to access coins stored in the bank, leading to difficulty when trying to buy things on the GE

This app is ok and all that but what it really needs is a full up to date map. Preferably with North marked for the directionly challenged. My ap bank says it's empty but I know my bank isn't so I hope you can at least explain this. It seems more for the members only though which is a shame. Unfortunately being the same people who made the game I expected more that is available in other apps of this same type nature. Having to have two apps is stupid which unfortunately means you're app may not stay for me.

The app wont work a second time for me. The only way to fix it is to restart my phone or reinstall the app. It was working fine on the last android but after the new android update it's been making this problem. Jagex pls fix it. Anyone else who has the same problem pls rate my review so they can see it! I will rate it higher if the problem is fixed.

Can't be logged on to the app and the game at the same time, for no reason. You do realize what the word companion means, right? It means it goes WITH something. But this app is entirely separate from the game. It is worthless to me.

You need to move the "remove from friends list" button down the list (the list that appears when you tap a friend's name), away from the "message" button. It's way too easy to hit "remove friend" instead of "message". I don't know if there's a prompt when you tap "remove from friends list, but if there isn't, that's seriously bad. Update: still the same, way too easy to hit remove friend, needs the be changed.

Crashes every time I switch from cellular to wifi. Add full history page of purchased items. Aside from that it's fantastic. Everything I need in order to flip on my work breaks.

Worked for the first use. Ever since I have been unable to connect to the server. Apparently I was never logged out or something. Please fix asap! It was great while it lasted

Broken from the start. You have to use 2 factor authentication, which is great, but the authenticator doesn't work. It always gives an error message of "client token failure" when logging in. I looked for support for this and all it has is to disable 2 factor authentication.

Constantly giving me a login info error notification even though it was the saved info i previously logged in with. Then when i retype my login info it would give me a token failure which would cause the page to reload taking me back to the same login error and the whole cycle continues. It is useful for managing my sales though on the rare occassions i am able to log in

The app is a bit slow and feels a little clunky but it's really great to use. You can message friends and clan members, check your bank and GE while away from the game! The app will log you out after a period of being inactive just like the game but the error message says [[ Error message ]] so just be warned you need to log in again!

This app does what is advertised. With this app i can make that profit while im away from my computer which is more often than not. Thank you to the devs that worked so hard to make this great app. I look farward to updates and new ideas, well back to my merching.

Have to have a membership to use it. I miss playing but a membership's not in the budget now...And neither is a proper computer. Please, Jagex, make RuneScape tablet-accessible!

Worked fine up til now. Im stuck on the loading screen. So yeah fix ur app alot of people are havi g the same problem.

It's nice to be able to use the grand exchange when not at a computer and check your bank, but it feels lacking if we could manage our ports or something

Great features, though the app easily loses connection and has to reload/restart to log in again if you switch to another app. Makes chatting a bit of a pain.

And are you sick and tired of sitting in one place and playing the game? Well this app will make your life easier. Your virtual life thou. By giving many options that you can do by the click of your finger ANYWHERE you want. I also played the game just only to check this app. The question you RS player may ask is "Is this app must have?" No but it will simplify some things.

Great handy app that allows me to trade GE items on the go. However, I am unable to sell member items (e.g. rune dragon bones) on this app, and must instead log on to the actual game to place it on the GE. This has been frustrating, hope that it gets fixed. Other than this, good app.

Its a great app in all with me not always being at my pc, but i was flipping an item and i finished selling some of it and went to collect. As i collected my gp the rest of the item finished selling and glitched to were i now have a permanent item is completed selling but i cant collect the rest of my gp or get rid of it.

You should be able to buy stuff from the grand exchange using gold coins in your bank. Otherwise the whole exchange option is useless.

Can you at least add the ability to moderate chats? Tired of logging in just to kick an unruly jerk from chats

5 stars because it works well enough and does everything i imagined it would when i found out about the app! Such a good idea, props to whoever thought of it.

Pros are you can message anyone, join your clan chat, check value of each object in bank, and D&D list. What it needs is ability to sell objects from bank, ability to change character cosmetics, world map with all extensions, quest tracker, ability to look up friends highscores and view their adventure log, and having an option to read news about rs on an app would be much nicer. Ok so its a good app but if it had everything I listed it would be THE APP for RuneScape

I love this app. It makes so many things away from my computer possible. However, I would love to be able to extract funds from my bank in the app. I've run into several situations where I couldn't set up purchases because I was a few short in the pocket when there is nearly a million staring at me from the bank lol.

Cant use fb or google accounts. Also trys to log in with old password everytime i get one. Constantly lossing connection even with full wifi connection or 4g rly enjoy using this app while at worm. But lost of bugs need to be fixed

The app works well but it loses internet connection if you go from WiFi to cell network and vice versa. Also randomly logs you out and there's no option to save password. Can't open the updated version, keeps saying I have to enable Java in browser

The game allows you to login through your google account, yet the app does not have that ability. It would be great to get that ability but currently im going to have to give this a negative rating as it is actively hindering me from accessing it at step 1.

My only problems with the app is it closes out time to time. The main issue for me is I can't compare or look at my stats on my account. Also, it keeps trying to sign me in with my old password and everytime when I get on it, it will make me retype my new password and that gets irritating. Other than that I think it's a useful and it's a great app. The only thing I'm waiting for now is Runescape itself to be in the app store.

I use it regularily but it is rather frustrating to use. If you tab out of it or let your screen turn off it loses all functionality and i have to close it, reopen it and log in again in order to continue my conversation which by then has progressed 10 or 15 messages
