I purchased a Yoo SA a couple weeks ago. I owned it for four days. Unfortunately, it was defective. It had a problem when syncing; it basically would just "die" and stop functioning altogether. Then hours or a half day later, it would come back to life. I emailed Yoo Fitness, and I will say that they have EXCELLENT customer service. They responded immediately, and offered/sent me an upgrade to a Yoo HD, and I mailed my defective Yoo SA back to them. I received it in less than a week. I like the HD, but I prefer the aesthetic look of the SA. I am highly appreciative that they sent me an upgraded replacement and made the transaction quite painless. I will say that the pedometer does get stuck; mine was stuck on the same number for an hour, whilst moving around quite a bit. Eventually, it catches up. The app is user friendly, and it's kind of cool to see sleep patterns; just not sure how accurate they are. Thank you, Yoo Fitness, for your excellent customer service! I will definitely recommended your products!

I received my yooRx a week ago,it would'nt work.sent it back.they sent me another one that one will not work either. so am waiting for a call or an email.so far am not happy

As of last Friday the app would not run. I got an email from Yoo today saying an update is released. I installed it and it looks like I'm back in business.

Update...yoo sent me out a new device and got it within a week...it works awesome...thank u so much. Have the yoo mini and was so excited to try it out...well when i set up my account it isnt even an option on the list...very disappointed

After two days the device has stopped syncing. I can not login through Facebook any longer and created a new account that I can not access nor will it sync to. I will return this and not consider this brand as a replacement. Blue Cross Blue Shield Health really should not recommend this company.

IT expert, engineer by trade. I've tried everything there little setup manual has suggested. Still unable to sync fully or Bluetooth connect completely. I am however able to pair the device to my phone and PC but there are driver malfunctions. I am completely unsatisfied with the software end of this product in every aspect. From the website, to the phone app, and the exclusion of any PC software. All sub-par.

Bought a YooHd, do not purchase this brand. Horrible, will not sync even with a current android firmware. Will not sync, useless fitness tracker. Would not recommend. **UPDATE: CALLED THE SUPPORT NUMBER LISTED ON THE USER GUIDE AND IT IS NOT EVEN THEIR REAL NUMBER** DO NOT BUY, WILL RECEIVE NO SUPPORT AND ITEM DOES NOT WORK**

My yoo won't sync. It shows it synced but my phone just keeps loaded and then times out.

I like others could not get my Yoo RX to sync. Without syncing its pretty useless. Finally found a way to do this: Get (borrow?) an older phone running Android 5 or maybe 6. I had a older Moto G running Android 6. Create a new Yoo account on this phone. Wait a minute or two to sync. When its done syncing, it then sends a software update to the Yoo RX to update its internal software. It sends this via the bluetooth connection. When this was done, I went to my new phone (Nexus 5X running Android 7.0) and deleted the data for the already installed Yoo Fitness+ app. I then signed onto the Yoo Fitness+ app with the same username and password that I used on the old one. It apparently downloads the configuration from the web. Now sync works great on my Nexus 5X running Android 7.0, and I can finally start using and evaluating the fitness band! In summary, the key is to use an older phone to get connected to the Yoo RX so it can update the Yoo RX fitness band with software that works with a larger selection of phones.

I originally perchased the YOO1 at my local Walgreens, it was cheap enough for me to be happy with and the app looked like a lot of fun as well. But, the YOO1 would not sync. Dissapointed I emailed YOO customer service. They emailed me back the next morning and addressed my issue flawlessly. They told me that the YOO1 does not work with any devices aside from apple ones. They shipped me a new device and it works wonderfully! Plus, the app is a lot of fun and very motivating! Thank you, YOO!

I purchased the tracker today at Walgreens for $5 so my expectations are low but this device is a good starter. During setup I tried 2 different tracker "types" to see if sync would work since mini device isn't an option. After a few minutes I found the right option and device synced. So if your device isn't listed don't give up just yet pick all to see if 1 works. For $5 this is a good deal.

Just purchased and not syncing. I have an android Samsung 6. The box said it would work with some androids. The app downloaded, no problem but it won't sync! Ugh. What a waste of money. Yoo, fix this!

I jave tried 4 times to register this and it just sits there spinning.. I bought this because it was on my Health Insurance site. And now it does not work. This sucks. Trying to get healthy. Update, after some emails finally it is working. Appears to be a good app. Now on my second day. For any others who may be have the same problems, turn off your wifi until everything is completed.

In my opinion. This app is kinda trash, I mean seriously, I can't even sync my Yoo RX up to my Google Pixel anymore. I was able to get it a couple of times and it worked fine for a while it recorded my sleep and stuff, but now the app won't record my stuff anymore. Fix the connection problems with the app and the Yoo device and I will rate it 5 stars.

I have a Samsung Grand Prime phone and just bought a Yoo R2 and it will not sync for nothing. Have tried turning Bluetooth off for a few minutes and them back on and still nothing!!!! I followed the direction in the little manual so I know I'm doing what is instructed. Guess I should have read the reviews before impulse buying something like this. VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I WASTED MY MONEY ON SOMTHING I CAN'T USE!!!!!

So the device isn't syncing..based on the reviews I shouldn't be shocked. Anyway I'm going back and forth via email! To try and sync this device! I paid more than enough money to at least get someone on the phone to save time and energy! I want a refund and to return this product and Tina is just telling me to continue trying to sync the device. I've done everything and it still won't sync.I'm over it! Do not get this product because you won't even get someone on the phone to help you!!! Awful experience!!

I have a Yoo2 and I keep it in my pocket all day! At the end of the day I sync it and find out how sedintary I have been. I had one issue with it syncing and I went through The sync process again and it was fine. Several people I know have lost fitbits because of the odd strap but since it's in my pocket I am covered. I think its great! Simple to use and seems well designed!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge and I can not get it to sync. Why is this. I also just received my Yoo. I only ordered it because it was highly recommended by U tube Mz Brooklyn Journey.

Had an issue with my fitness watch not syncing and I was assisted immediately to trouble shoot the problem, which was on my end. They are very helpful. I also love my watch!!

Bought the Mini (clip to my shoe) version. Set up was fine, until I needed to sync it with my app. There is no listing for the 'mini' when you are required to choose your Yoo device on the app. I feel like this could be why I cant sync... Help?!
