Smart Wristband 2

As with many others who have reviewed this, I think this app is very poor. I've been using it less than a week and had to reinstall it twice. The developer has failed to respond to feedback. It's a poor quality product from an unresponsive developer. Galaxy 7 Edge user experience.

Very bad app, keeps losing connection to my watch. Have to uninstall and re-install everyday, to say I am unimpressed is a massive under statement. This app needs some serious work and a major improvement to reliability. Devs please sort this out!

Very basic. Doesnt really track your calories you burned throught the day or workouts your doing.And i wished it could sync with google fit and myfitness pal. Or anything in that matter why does it keep running in the background for? I have to force it to stop and u cant log in workouts with calories burned

Notice once leave phone and wristband apart the apps will be unusable. Need to turn off band and reinstall apps in order to reconnect. All data will be gone. Hope can improve in the next version. Keeping data and analysis is a must have feature. It is the whole purpose of the wristband.

Poor app. It fails to work every 2/3days & I have to uninstall & re-install each time. Watch seems to work fine without it however just frustrating I have to keep syncing each time I run etc

Nice looking App... Shame it doesn't work... Keeps freezing and only way to fix is to completely uninstall and then reinstall... Totally losing all paired data... Making my smart watch just a watch... HUMPH!!

Lost Bluetooth connection end of day1 and will not connect again; have restarted phone and watch; have reinstalled app. Useless will return watch!

Needs sorting out. Keeps saying my band is disconnected then I have to uninstall it and reinstall it to work for the day

Fist time uninstalling and 're installing. Not happy. Different day and another uninstalling! Still not happy.

Always running and should be able to connect with Google fit. Crashes a lot, needs to be able to track heart rate graphically not just a momentary record, like when planning sport.

The "trend" setting doesn't work, and now it won't even open. Fix these issues and I'll amend my review.

Doesnt open i have to reinstall to get it yo work. But by the next day it doesnt open again

Unable to stop Bluetooth and exit application. Installing the regular Smart Wristband app instead.

It's basic but works for me. It's ok I guess could be alot better like adding a stair stepper count. And a stationary bike count as well.Sync is ok but I have to sync it myself sometimes.

Starting to get the hump with it now I'm for ever having to 're instal the app coz of watch losing connection with the phone. If you don't do an update soon for this you can buy the watch back off me as I won't be able to 're sell it knowing other people going to get same problem

It's *unacceptable* that this app cannot be force-stopped when I choose to kill it. It consumes battery & requires high CPU and I don't want it having 24hr access to all my phone data including SMS, contacts, call logs, GPS location, storage card etc etc Get it sorted or you will be reported to Google.

Eats battery. Terrible shoddy application. Do not buy any tracker that requires this app. Waste of money.

rubbish , dont connect most of features with my watch and runs in background all the time cant turn it off draining my phone battery, why it doesnt connect to radio?

My watch and the app when it works right. I, like many others, have to uninstall and reinstall every day. That gets really annoying really fast!

Was great for first couple of weeks. Now frozen and app doesn't work. Deleted and d/l again, worked for a day. Again frozen.

The app is great when it works but once the app has been closed, I can np longer reopen it. I have to uninstall and reinstall but then I also lose all my data. Please fix

How on earth do I get the sleep thing to work! I've had to delete it and install it twice. I've had it 3 days!

It runs in the background,and every 2 or 3 days have uninstall and the reinstall the app.

As per other comments, it keeps crashing, forcing you to uninstall, and reinstall. Terrible app.

Have to install and uninstall everyday as it stops loading when you try to open it

Loses connection and now wont let me open up the app...

Have had to un install it then install it agai. Numerous occasions due to it not working get this sorted

It works but not in the trend part. It does not show my steps or sleep under the trend part of the app.

I have had the S2 wristband for a week now, I have had to install and reinstall the app 3 times, no data is saved Also no gmail push notification

every two days I have to uninstall the app as it t will not open

I download this app yesterday. Was working ok. Can't open it today at all. Please help with this. Thank you.
