Cant get this app to connect...tried everything guess my watch was a waste of money..

So far so good love the sleep tracker only negative is i can't turn the phone finder off and when i bump it at night my phone rings

Please tell me why my GoBand has stopped counting! How do I fix this? It's brand new! Had it on for the 2nd day now! Can it be re-set?

Please update the band firmware where you can flip the display. This will be good as you can flip the screen according to the hand you want to wear the band.

What a stupid band. It never came on..my bracelet never can on ...please don't purchase . Waste of money .Am uninstalling

Please try fix the syncing setting from the band to the app. My band says one thing and the app says another.

It hardly connects. At the beggining (when I managed to connect) was sincronicing the steps and sleep properly. After 2 weeks the amount of steeps that appears on the app is only the 25% shown in the three bracelet. The sleep hours don't match either with the time I went to bed or to got up

The app and its device are bad. They are inaccurate and unreliable. It randomly restarts and doesn't save how many steps you take the day before. It desyncs and requires reconnecting constantly and as i said before doesn't even record your steps even when they are connected. Bad all around, would not recommend

It's not working

It is not a function to run in background mode. it is not notifying me for call even connected via bluetooth untill i do not open its interface pn mobile. Waste of money and time.

Hi Developers, can u upgrade this software become available for whatsapp notification can working in smartband and also can syc my contacts phone so if soneone call me and have a list in my contact can output in my smartband name and also number phone. Hope this suggestion have a good response from you.. Thanks

The app explains nothing on how to use the notifications feature. Every other day the app will refuse to open and I'll have to reinstall it.

It crashes as soon as it starts, and when I hang up on a phone call it also crashes. Perhaps not compatible with android 7.1.1 latest security patches?

Unable to work the Sleep Tracking function. Set the sleep time to my normal sleeping hours, nothing tracked. Poor user manual, it has no information on this function.

Needs to support more apps. Vibrating notifications are very short - needs an option to adjust vibrating time.
