This app and watch ultimately was useless. I had the device for a week and then it would never sync properly. I got it to save money on an actual fitbit and now I'm gonna get the fitbit. I wish I hadn't wasted the 70 bucks on this device.

Darn it! This app has so many bugs. It is automatically disconnecting sometimes. Caller name is not shown. Please fix those things

The app does not sync with the band. I am really annoyed because I bought this for the silent alarm and now I can't set it.

Please update app and make it more user friendly. Also band does not show caller id only number...not sure if its an app issue..

The application has a lot of bug that need to fixed ie background running , synchronization, no name shown on call id , no alarm ,music player control ... plz look in this rather selling the product . App is also the major part .

It is the biggest peice of rubbish it wont sync the only thing it has done is flatterend the battry on my phone. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

this app and band is not very good. the app doesn't always sync with the band and then resets itself randomly. Also am convinced it doesn't pick up some of my activities as i can go out for a walk and it advises me i have only gone 200 steps when I have gone on a 20 minute walk.....

I can't sync it to the app, the time and date is completely wrong on it and I can't fix it. I waited almost 3 weeks for it and I paid for 3 day shipping and when I emailed the company several times I got no response, I'm very unhappy

The band likes to reset itself and then takes hours to sync back with the app. You have to wait to the next day before the previous information you had before it resets catches up. Currently mine will not sync back the time. So as a watch it has become usless but still ok at recording steps etc. Please sort this out. This is a mid range product there is no need for these faults. Its very frustrating!

This was bought for me as a birthday present in June now the watch won't even work and it's telling me the date is May!! Angry is not the word, come on Fitgo sort your app out.

Constantly disconnects from my watch making it completely useless. Latest update means the app doesn't even load.

New model,and app work great !

Since app updated it now won't load. Really disappointing as ot worked fine to begin with. Will now have to look for alternative which means more money

Cannot change from metric to US measurements. Option does not save.

Well it was OK at first. But then daylight savings hit and you can't change the time. Also it stopped properly recording steps on days. Then the battery died on the unit and once recharged the date reset to 2015. Deleted app and returning product!

Worked great for a few months then just stopped working rubbish

If you know how to use this it is a great app and band. Have had no problems. I am glad as is money well spent!

The app doesn't load and is pointless. Uninstalled and product returned.
