The app has a ton of flaws. Always freezing. Order history and recent orders aren't showing up. But i do love this companies products. Just very buggy app. It also won't show me my loyalty points or let me checkout with them.... super glitchy and confusing app.

Love this app and Love their oils. They are not a MLM company aka: Pyramid. Those types of companies have to pay tons of people to sale their oils which in turn, ups their prices to the customers and independent consultants,but they will tell you its because they are better quality blah blah blah! totally a lie. Jade Bloom's oils are 100% therapeutic and they are very envolved with the entire process from location, to growth, and the distilling process. I have used and sold Young Living oils and I have had the same positive results using Jade Bloom. The only difference is im saving lots of $$$ and I dont have to sale them to earn all the rewards and benefits they offer their customers!

The app in general is great, but is SLOW on my phone whether it's over wifi or data. That's the only hold back on 5 stars.

beautiful images bit a little more thinking involved to navigate back and forth through product info and ordering. I love the products so it's worth the thinking ;)

Hard to navigate at first but love it once you get use to it. I would like to be able to see my whole wish list and also be able to use and see reward points.

Highest quality oils that are VERY affordable. Don't pay more for the name brands; Jade Bloom oils are the same, if not better quality. This app is easy & user friendly.

Jade Bloom has proven it's integrity to it's customers & it's product. You have my utmost respect & trust. Your app is nice, but sometimes I have trouble getting back to where I was to shop more or research in the university. Honestly, it could be me. I'm not great at getting around on a lot of apps, but that's why it is important to not only be simple for the customers, but maybe a bit more direction for those who try to click on everything (like me) to get where we want.

The app cause my phone to freeze up. I can't turn off push notifications so every pop up takes a full 3 minuets to close so that I can use my phone again.

Love the navigation, just wish the University was accessible through the app. However, the videos and all are under each oil option. I almost wish the oils could be listed under category for ailment (i.e. colds: relief, protect, etc.)

That app wouldn't respond to me sometimes and slow scrolling through it. And it also shut down on me in the middle of check out. But I finally got through it. Other than that it's simple to use.

Love this app! Gets me in trouble every time because it is so easy to use. Love the description and use of the oils. Can be a learning experience every time. One downfall is that out does not have a link to University.

This is the easiest, fastest way to get the absolute best oils anywhere. I love everything about this company. My only complaint is my oil box is full and I need a bigger one!

It's a very nice app and for the most part it works well. However when actually making a purchase the screen messes up and it's difficult to enter the information correctly.

Tonight was my first time purchasing from Jade Bloom...& it won't be the last!! I haven't tried the products yet but judging by how much the company revolves around the customer is a sign of great things to come! I'm highly impressed with their university, they genuinely care about educating their customers on how to get the maximum benefit of their product.

Love the products but can't seem to get orders processed with coupons or difficulties with not recognizing password...Arrgh!! Again, products great, but buying them has been difficult.

This app is so easy to use. It's also very informative. I've used it twice now & so far, so good. The oils as well as service are amazing!!! Great products, great prices!

This app really needs a comment section at checkout and customers should easily be able to leave honest product reviews, I only see positive ones, so here is my honest review: I do love the company, but there is constant inconsistency in the amount of product in the bottles and disorganization in shipping (leaking, unsealed product, half or just a bit over half filled bottles, order errors/missing items, etc.)

Favorite oil company Love this company not only for their essential oils, but also for their university, accessories, natural products and loyalty points. Easy to find the oils I want and to find information on how to use them.

Not sure if it is because of black Friday, but I had issues with the app encountering errors a lot.

The app is not really user friendly I had to go backwards a lot to accomplish what messed up

This app alerts you to the specials they offer. 8 have gotten so many great buys because of it.

I don't have to wait when I get home to put my order in for whatever promotion they are running. It is also very easy to use and I can navigate it very well

I love this company and this app! It makes replenishing any of my oils a breeze! It's fast and easy to use and I don't think I've ever had a glitch with it!

I wish it was easier to get to their uses guide from the app. Other than that it's great and I am excited to try out the new oils I just ordered!!
