I love the station, but your app is awful. Always losing connection for 5-10 seconds at a time every 1-2 minutes. If I'm going to miss half the song or conversation why would I use this?

With how much you promote this app on air, you think a little bit more effort would go into making it not suck so much

Stops streaming constantly (every few minutes on strong Wi-Fi signal) this has been happening for years on different phones and connections. Worthless app.

Constantly loses connection, you cannot even run for 3 miles without every quarter mile hitting play on the app.

Loses connection constantly. Doesnt matter if I'm on wifi or LTE.

Constantly cuts out on Galaxy Note 8 on WiFi or LTE, does not do this on iPhone.

Why does this app still suck so bad?!?! Are you ignoring the reviews? I've never had a streaming app cut off as much as this one. Still cuts out every 10 minutes. Garbage

App still stops streaming constantly, or crashes altogether. Over the years I have tried this on multiple phones and different types of connections, with the same result. Come on 98 Rock, fix this!

Come on 98rock. Im slowly getting more and more frustrated having to restart this app 30 times on a good connection. I like the morning show but not when it stops all the time. Step ur game up and fix it already.

The streaming part of the app constantly stop streaming it's impossible to be able to listen to The Morning Show. If this was fixed it would be 5 stars.

This app crashes, constantly. I enjoy listening to the morning show while I work. This morning I have counted the number of crashes between 6 and 9 AM and this app has crashed 18 times. This app is, virtually, unusable.

Nothing plays and gives no reason why even when connected to wifi. Bad layout cripples the app from being anything more than mediocre at best.

I just got a new Android phone after 2 years and was disappointed to see that this app still has the same problems now that it did back then. Mainly, the constant buffering and random disconnects. I'm glad they found time to overall the interface but what's the point if I can't listen to JSS without refreshing the app every 5 mins?

Constantly, very frustratingly stops streaming, especially during the morning show. Not sure if it's overwhelmed from the amount of simultaneous users. Have reached out to 98 Rock without response. Have started using Tunein Radio as a more stable platform.

Crashes on my Motorola Z Force for no reason after a few minutes of playing.

Don't understand what the problems with everyone else but maybe that's why they do poll's ? Great atmosphere and music !!! Lov my Ravens !!!!

My commute to southern MD means I lose broadcast so I use the app to listen to the JSS in the mornings

Crashes way to much

Only way to listen since they're not available to iHeart. The app consistently crashes or just stops and you have to hit play again. Fix that and this would easily be a 5-star rating.

I love Justin's banter enough to were I used this app on weekends at my job. Podcasts are inoperable and can't be downloaded now. Wtf?

love the jss morning show gets me off to a good start and every member of the station has great taste in rock humor and life 98 rock is hands down the best station ever love you guys

There have been many times I have used this app to catch the morning show. Just moved to Michigan and still listening.

I listen to jss every morning n now I have the app it just makes it so much better

This new app is a wonderful improvement from the last one. The only complaint I have is that it often force closes out on me. Other than that it's amazing!

Great! I use this app everyday at work. Would like to see an updated look, but works fine for me. Anyone having trouble needs to go to task killer and put on ignore list in settings
