KQRC 98.9 The Rock

This is a radio app I've downloaded it before I realize their commercials. But I've listened to 10 consecutive commercials about 6 minutes worse and yet to hear any radio this is too excessive I will delete it

Only works about half the time

I came here to check the app out and all I find is a white screen is this a joke app or is this not even the app they are talking about I was listening on the radio and I hear them talking about downloading the app to listen to there music while you're working or at school I'm starting to think that the guys running the radio station don't even know that there app doesn't work and that the devs are just sitting on their ass and getting paid

I run my phone on airplane mode and use only wifi since I have no cell plan. It told me I needed an internet connection and to turn airplane mode off. It wouldn't use wifi. So I didn't get to see any of the app at all.

The app works fine but the music lineup is trash I've been listening to 989 the rock for years and I can't listen to this station no more they play the same song multiple times a day within like a 8 hour period of time they rarely play the good classics and when they do they only play the mainstream songs that everyone knows you never hear any bands like dio Exodus Slayer at all all the good songs are never played

This app uses way to much battery. It crashes repeatedly. Have informed the dev. I thought it would improve upon the first but it does not. There should be options for playback quality as well

Bring the old app back, this new one is bad! The old one was perfect why did you change...

What no more babe of the day and I know it's not even live anymore what's up with that I live near kc but 4 days a week I'm on a farm in southern mo this was my app but guess I'll just need to find something here this new update sucks

Drops out after short bit. Seems to be after screen goes to sleep.

Same problem as before maybe worse. App drops constantly. I love listening to the morning show but hate having to reload the app constantly and miss out on interviews

App keeps shutting off about every 5 minutes or so. Very annoying trying to listen at work when I have to keep re- starting it. After it quits on me 4 or 5 times I say "screw it" and switch to Pandora.

Love the station but this app sucks!! Keeps stopping

This app now needs access to my photos, cameras, locations, and much more. I don't think so!! As much as I love to use it is not worth giving full access to my phone to a radio station to harvest my info and data.

It's my favorite station and the app is equally as good. I've listened to 98.9 The Rock since I was ten yrs old. So about 24 yrs now

The app wants access to my camera, wifi, other device names connected to the same wifi, etc. No thanks.

Love the rock and the fact I can have it anywhere

I can't multitask while using this app. If I want to listen to it I have to stay on the home page. I can't even plug in my head phones with out it restarting my phone. Please work threw additional bugs. Otherwise I absolutely love this app. Love the music, love the people, I even love the babe of the day, if only I could view it with out my phone closing down.

I love listening to the Johnny Dare morning show at work. But ever since the android 6.0 update this app constantly crashes or buffers out even though I have perfect signal, please fix.

I love this app, but I don't like the buffering. When it does start buffering, it goes back to what I've already heard and replays until it buffers again then becomes a broken record. Please fix!

Awesome application for upcoming news events concerts even if you don't live in the Kansas City area you can listen live to the station.... Not to mention the babe of the day gotta love that.

Everything works great you can hear perfectly and then 45 seconds into it everything shuts off.

Stops playing audio all the time. Lucky if I make it 1 min before it stops and I have to hit play again

Great app from a great station. Still works great no problems with lg4 on 6.0 with sprint. Having problems maybe its your service provider

Even after closing everything. And for the guy who complained about the stream being interrupted when he switched to wifi... of course thats going to happen. When you disconnect from one source and connect to another theres going to be a few seconds or so of silence. Its unavoidable.

They play the same music over and over every day at the same time. They get tons and tons of complaints in the FCC you can't even contact them via email. Everything is by text and text only by text,and they play and do what the hell they want including concerts! However Johnny and "Moose" are the personalities that make it roll.

I love 98.9 only station i listen to at work i listen too the app but about every 5 mins out crashes or the music stops not buffering just stops

Works decently but the babe of the day wont come up anymore.

I've lived in KC for 7 of my 21 years and I just recently moved away and the radio sucks here I miss Johnny Dare morning show and the lunch block all that stuff and now I can have a little piece of home with me

Been with 98.9 since the very beginning. Moved out of range to pick up the station on the radio, so this app is a blessing. Can't live without The Rock.
