Live stream will not work on Galaxy S7. I have two phones both of them are Galaxy S7 (One Verizon phone and one AT&T) both are running the most recent software, the wdet app is up-to-date and whenever I try to livestream it plays for about 5 seconds and then stops. I really love the radio show, it is my most listened to station on the radio. Please fix this bug and I will gladly give your app five stars

Worked great the first few weeks after I downloaded it, then it just stopped. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it several times and nothing. Sent WDET an email about it and the recomended a different app for the live stream, but that times out after a few minutes and I have to continually go back into my phone to hit play again. I don't know if it had something to do with the Samsung updates to the phone or the app itself, but I'd like it fixed so I can use it.

The most recent updates have fixed this app for my Galaxy S5. The stream takes a moment to buffer and then plays just as expected! It's pretty effecient with data usage, so I use this app often at work.

Unreliable. Often doesn't work at all. Please fix

Please make your online players compatible with Chromecast so I don't have to share my whole phone screen to broadcast this over my home theater station.

Used to work. But not anymore. I have uninstalled it reinstalled it upgrade my software a no go

The addition of local news stories is nice. But it still crashes like the old App.

I love WDET. However, this app needs some work in terms of its (in my opinion) most important function, streaming radio (please fix) 1) I have an HTC desire 510 (a bad, cheapo "high powered" phone). This app's streaming glitches when moving between 4G LTE and a saved Wifi network, or visa versa. 2) There is often one wireless network that is broadcast on many routers in different places. Moving between the same network but different routers (by just walking in a large university building) results in a strange glitch, where the app starts to buffer forever. When you stop and restart the streaming, sometimes you get two unsynchronized streaming. You press stop then, and the app still plays, but shows "press play to stream" (paraphrased). 3) When turning off the wifi to manually switch to 4G, the transition isn't seamless. The app should know that you are switching, and buffer accordingly. 4)When I use a different app while streaming, WDET stops. Including e-mail and google hangouts. I don't like this.

Good Radio WSU

I used to love this app, but I can't even use it anymore! It crashes constantly. I can't even open it. I live in Windsor, Ontario (originally from Michigan) and I don't have a radio other than in my car. I would use the app to listen to WDET while I did house and yard work. Working in the garden is going to be pretty quiet this season. Disappointed

What happened to the app? It used to be GREAT, but it continually crashes when I try to open it. I really wanted to use it to make a sustaining pledge, but it so 't open.

(TIP: Search for "WDET" and install the other app that comes up- works great!) I installed this, started it for the first time, and it crashed before even loading. Tried to open it eight more times, and it crashed without opening every single time. Uninstalled, with a single tear rolling down my cheek. Their "Tech Upgrade" seems to have gone about as well as Michigan road repairs.

App never works, just get message "unfortunately, wdet has stopped. " Samsung Galaxy Note 4 w/ lollipop.

My phone is only 6 months and completely but to date, but this app won't run at all.

Crashes CONSTANTLY. Rarely even opens...

I REALLY want to love this. In theory a great app but ruined by the fact that streaming times out consistently at around 2 mins. It you maximize and touch the app it restarts (usually) or just sits there 'Buffering' like it's the year 2000 on dial up. Time to buy and actual radio for the kitchen. Same prob on Android ph Samsung Galaxy S3 & iPad app. Pls fix!

The live stream is terrible. It cuts off every 2-5 minutes. That was the whole point of the app for me. I deleted it.

The hype preceding this update led me to expect much more. Many of the functions direct me to the website, which is not optimized for mobile and difficult to read on a small screen.

It would be a great app if the listening feature would quit randomly stopping. I then have to tap on the play button, it buffers again, and could then drop a few moments later. This happens on both WiFi and the mobile network.

All the shows are here, so easy to access!

The alarm feature will not work on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Even if it did work, it wouldn't be very easy to use since you have to set the alarm every night to specify an exact time and date to wake up (ie, no recurring times, such as every morning at 6 am, or 6am M-F). It would be nice if somehow the stream could interface with the default Android clock app to make the stream be a sort of ringtone you can select.

Now I can get my Craig Fahle fix on the go!
